Perfect replacement
This was an exact (OEM) replacement. Wires were long enough, install was simple and took less than an hour. The hardest part was getting the fan blades off. The new fan motor had the mounting nuts which was good, because the the bolts on the old one broke in the nut caps.Doing this ourself saved over $200!

High quality. Easy to install.
This fan motor is equal or better quality than original that it replaced. It took about 30-40 minutes to install. The only tools required were a ratchet, two sockets and a Crescent wrench.
