my only pet peeve is that they didn't include the screw but they can be found at your local hardware store

I really like this toilet paper holder. I received the package and it was open in the sealed box with wooden holder piece. Disappointed.

Looks great but it doesn’t roll smooth. I thought that maybe the inner roll was bent but it wasn’t.

Looks great but rod for tp keeps popping out not quite tight enough. We replaced the one with a tension one works great.

I liked the design and have same type in other bathroom but my roll of TP is hard to get on as it's too narrow! Paper doesn't roll easy and tears...disappointed!

Purchased really like. The flimsy wood roll holder I replaced with the plastic holder from previous. I spray painted to match wall paper. Perfect

Love the toilet roll holder... the metal is lovely. It's definitely more brown than black so going to do a little spray painting.It was missing the wooden dowel for the roll to sit on. Cannot be bothered to send it back as my son can carve me one. Also it doesn't come with any fittings (screws etc) I assume this is my mistake thinking it would, but it doesn't say it does in the description.Essentially the iron work is lovely... But it seems that's all you get!

Item is too small to hold an Andrex toilet roll. Tried putting a smaller roll on, but it’s so much of a battle getting it into the holder that it’ll probably end up coming off the wall! Doesn’t come with screws either.Don’t waste your money

Such a shame as an absolutely lovely item, but arrived without the middle wooden toilet roll support so I can’t even use it! Will be returning.
