Overall, this product seems decent. It easy to take, and I have not noticed any bad side effects. I am hoping it is helping my immune system, but it is hard to tell whether it is making a difference at this point. Shipping was timely.

Zinc picolanate is the best form of zinc and vital for brain function and good for treating adhd, aggression as well as depression. Supplementation is necessary due to a lack of zinc in our diets due to pollution and it being stripped from the soil our food is grown in.
