Very Pleased!
1/2023 - UpdateI didn't remember to post in 2022, but I wanted to add a couple of pictures. I will say that am not sure if the product is going to hold up through six years (horizontal surfaces like the deck) as it's going on 3 years and I feel like I am seeing wearing I didn't expect. However, I am not a professional. I applied it with a brush and, perhaps, I didn't apply it as well as I should have. I am not comfortable blaming the product alone. Some sections seem to be holding up better than others. Currently, the furniture is covered up, but most of it seems to be holding up better than certain areas of the deck. It should be noted that most of the deck is probably close to 30 years old if not older. That may be a factor as well.6/2021 - UpdateI originally posted last November after treating wooden deck furniture. This June, I treated the deck after having it power washed. Still thrilled with the product and the way it's working. I am adding 2 additional pictures. The first is after the deck was power washed and the second is after I treated/painted it with this product. You can even see beaded water on the deck 🙂11/2020I am posting a review of this product along with some pictures. I will plan on updating it each year as the product is said to last approximately 6 on horizontal surfaces and 10 years on vertical surfaces.First, let me say that I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. When the product arrived I found it to be somewhat thin. When I realized it was water based, it made more sense that it wasn't very thick. That being said, I have been very pleased thus far with the results. I did the application with a brush. As you will see in the pictures, it does what it needs to do when it comes to rain. I also wasn't sure what color to get. I picked the bronze cedar and when used on new wood, that is the color you get. It is beautiful! You will see the color is not quite the same (seems a bit darker depending on the light) when used on wood that has already been treated with a previous product (I don't recall what product or color was on the furniture that I re-treated) It doesn't bother me, though, that the color isn't the same. Now for the pictures. The picture of the deck boards that I treated show the true color. I have not yet treated the rest of the deck as I want to make sure to power wash and clean it first and won't be able to do that till spring. When you see the picture of the boards with the water beaded on them and then see the boards around it don't have beaded water, it's because the rest of the deck has not yet been treated. The pictures of the furniture show the "before" of one of the small end tables and the "after." It also shows an "after" of another chair and table set and big picnic table. Mind you, the furniture wasn't in the best of condition. The last time it was treated was several years ago. I am very pleased with the way this product has worked so far. If you do happen to see an area that was missed, it is NOT the fault of the product, but of the person doing the application (me!) I look forward to treating the rest of the deck (and furniture) in the spring with this excellent product!

Sealed up my equipment trailer deck
Used this on my equipment trailer decking, used a hand pump pesticide sprayer to apply and it came out great, great way to preserve the woodI took the time and sanded the deck but you don't really have to, but I think it was worth the time to do itAnd its not slick when it gets wet

Great Product, Poor Reviews Clearly Don't Follow Instructions.
Great product, just follow the application instructions. And yes, just like paint you need to mix it if it has been sitting around in a warehouse for a while. Wooden paint sticks work or you local Ace Hardware will shake it for you when you're there shopping. Not sure why people don't read instructions and then complain about the quality of a product. Will buy again.

Application has a dark bronze color
I used this sealer to treat an outside deck after cleaning it with oxy-clean and pressure wash. The sealer seemed very thin and it took a lot to cover the deck. I rolled it on and brushed the places that the roller would not cover. In retrospect I think I would spray it on since it is a water cleanup product (water won't clean it after it dries! Use masking tape as needed!)

I seem to have been sold “Old Stock” - according to their “Consultant”
My first delivery was a 5 gallon container. I stirred it well, but could feel roughness at the bottom - kept stirring, tried a length of rebar - no noticeable change- so just applied it.Ran out and so had another gallon delivered. Same crust, but thought best to leave it at the bottom alone, in case it was pigment - did not want a colour change!I used most of that gallon and months later decided to top up the seal in one small area. Puzzled by this crust and having less paint to deal with, I scraped out with screw driver.and managed to at least mark it. I then tried applying the sealant - came out White!!!I ordered another gallon - Coastal Grey, as all before.Crust was there! Ignored it and applied it - same colour - so no complaints there. I keep asking the consultant what the crust is.The “Consultant” can only “suppose” the crust is a mix of pigment and resin and that I was sold old stock. Each time I ask if the product is diluted because of the crust and if the capabilities to protect are reduced, and if so what is the remedy, my questions are avoided and instead am told that I am the first in the western hemisphere to complain, that the consultant has long experience in paint and stains before retiring ( but maybe after nano technology was being used?)In short the consultant avoided my queries with “Flannel.”I am now seeking a more helpful contact within the company in an attempt to clarify the status of the apparently diluted product I have applied and whether more treatment is required and why I was allegedly sold “Old” stock on different occasions?

Totally waterproof seal now !
I bought this house 3yrs ago, this door had been neglected. The door looked like the bottom of the first picture, the top was after sanding. The finished door is great now ! Definitely put the second coat on before the first coat dries ! The water just runs off the door now ! I will be using this sealer on my deck & gazebo !

Worth the cost!
This was easy to apply. Easy clean-up. The results on my deck were amazing! I'm doing the picnic table with the same color next! (Black color was perfect!)

Used it on my Trailer
20’x80” car trailer. Application was easy, the treated wood on the trailer soaked it up nicely. I’m sure it will lighten up a bit after it cures. Looks great! I used a stain applicator tool, and a 2” brush for between the boards.
