I was impressed with the quality and strength of this aluminum square tube. In fact, I bought a second one, and caps for both. The first pole supports a bat house just behind our rear deck, and the second supports a traditional bird house. They are sturdy, and the black finish makes the poles seem to disappear against the trees. I have no doubt they will survive and look great for years to come.

the post are perfect,aluminun,no rust.just had to drill 4 holes to bolt fence to. got one more replace.i've replaced 7 already and they are black no painting.

Exactly as described, and thankfully Amazon came through on the correct size as local hardware stores were out of stock.

Was disappointed that the post caps were not included. Had to order post caps and return and install the post in order to complete the project.
