Best stuff I have used!
This stuff just plan works! Use to use Hot Shot products, then I tried this stuff! I have 3 diesel vehicles, Ford F-350 7.3, Audi Q7 TDI, and Sprinter. Ford was noticeably quieter, both the Audi and Sprinter were smoother running and 2-3 mph better! Don’t know how they do it but it works! Highly recommended!

Great stuff, lessens regeneration cycles.
There are two separate product reviews written below, but as a whole, I give this kit a 5-STAR review. 5-STARS This is a review on Archoil AR6500 Diesel Treatment. I am giving this product a 5-star review. This product decreased regen frequency from previous additive and also decreased frequency from baseline, which suggests that it may have cleaned the DPF to some degree or enhances combustion action to burn cleaner. This product extended more miles between regen intervals than previous additive used, and from baseline figure. I noticed an increase in mpg of 05-1.0 mpg one way in travel(downhill), and no signifigant change in uphill travel. I did not get any engine error codes while using this product. I used 7 ounces (high dose) with 35 gallons of fuel on one test, and on a second test I used 3.5 ounces (normal use) with 35 gallons of fuel. This is one of the most economical products to use with low ounce use per tank. No check engine lights came on. Vehicle showed no adverse affects from additive. Regen mileage interval with NO additives was 384 miles after receiving vehicle from repair shop. 1st test with double the normal dose at 7 ounces in 35 gallons of fuel: Mileage between regens decreased from 384 miles (baseline) to 362 miles(-22 mile decrease). The product that I used before Archoil was Cataclean. Archoil AR6500 product interval miles decreased from 414 miles (Cataclean), to 362 miles, a decrease of 52 miles. This test was a disappointment, as I was expecting more from Archoil AR6500 Diesel Treament. This is why I decided to perform a second test with normal dosage. 2nd test with normal dosage of 3.5 ounces in 35 gallons of fuel: Mileage between regens increased from 384 miles (baseline) to 564 miles (+180 miles increase). The product that I used before Archoil was Cataclean. Archoil AR6500 product interval miles increased with normal dose, from 414 miles using Cataclean, to 564 miles, an increase of +150 miles. This was the result that I was hoping for. Perhaps, use a high dose initially to clean, then use normal dose for regular use. Performance seemed to increase with less throttle input needed on acceleration or towing. So far in testing different additives, AR6500 is my favorite. Seafoam would be my second choice. The increase in DPF regen interval mileage and economy of use puts this product on top. There may be better, but I haven’t gotten there yet. My review is based on product efficiency, any damages to vehicle, check engine lights turning on or off, ability to clear engine codes (if my vehicle has any check engine lights), increase or decrease in mileage, and increase or decrease in regeneration mileage intervals. I will not use price as a factor. You will have determine if product is worth the cost. These products may or may not save you costly repairs or replacement. I cannot determine if these products can or will damage your vehicle. My vehicle has no check engine light or error codes. My vehicle is in good working order with no current issues during this review. My vehicle has over 200,000 miles. This is a stock vehicle, with a stock (OEM) factory tune installed. Just prior to this test, my truck was not performing a regen cycle. Repairs were done which included a new 9th injector, new DPF pressure monitor. The pressure monitor measures pressure before and after the DPF filter. The difference in pressure allow computer to estimate how much soot has accumulated in the DPF filter. A force regen was also performed on my vehicle and a passive regen performed before I received my vehicle from repair shop. Vehicle is performing as it should. Test drive is relatively the same and consistent. 49.5 miles one way, with a drive time of about 56 minutes. There is a gradual 1129 foot elevation gain one way and 1129 elevation loss the opposite way. There is some surface street driving, some freeway driving, and most of drive is highway. Hope this review helps. I will be writing more reviews on other diesel additives. I have some data from other additives for comparison listed below. Most products seemed to help and a couple seemed to worsened DPF performance during testing. You should not compare the towing data for comparison. I have just added it to show that towing will change data. Towing will increase exhaust gas temperatures and should make the DPF more effective. My regen mileage intervals increased, decreasing regen frequency, while towing. There are many factors that affect the DPF performance. The factors that I noticed (on my vehicle) are outside temperature, humidity, and EGTs. Lower temperatures decreased DPF performance. Higher humidity decreased DPF performance. Higher outside temperatures and lower humidity seem to increase DPF performance. Higher EGTs such as towing increased DPF performance. Longer driving distance seems helps the DPF filter as optimal temperatures are reached. It seems like soot accumulates faster when the engine and DPF filter are not warm/hot enough, and faster within the first 10-15 miles of travel. If you are only making short trips then the DPF will fill up faster and regens will be more frequent. Makes your truck engine new again
Wow! I waited for a while to review this product because it takes a while to notice any results with fuel additives. I have used the complete cleaner now twice tight after each oil change and use the fuel additive during each fuel up. I have a 2022 6.7L diesel Ford F350. I have noticed a significant increase in the MPG of my truck, power and overall quietness of the engine after using this. The DPF regeneration frequency also keeps climbing. It seems with every fuel up my truck runs better than before. The truck feels brand new again. The bottle comes with a easy fill measuring revisor and fill nozzle that fits great into the tank fill cap. The increase in MPG and repair prevention makes it a good value. Make sure to wear gloves because if you get it on you it does smell.

Excellent Diesel Additive Noticeably Cuts Regens and Improves MPG
Been using Archoil diesel additive in my 2024 Ram 2500 and I’m genuinely impressed. It definitely cuts down on regens compared to anything else I’ve tried, and I’ve used several other products. I’ve also noticed a nice boost in power and performance along with about a 2 MPG increase. If you’re looking for a diesel additive that actually delivers, this is the one. Highly recommend!

No creia que se sentiria diferencia, nunca crei que un simple tratamiento hiciera tanta diferencia, lo explicare, es mi primera vez, se lo aplique a un motor hdi de peugeot, el AR 6400-D es genial, mi coche tiene bolsa de urea, se llama eolys y el aditivo que le pongo al diesel es el que venden en peugeot un liquido simple y desoues de 185 mil km el coche comenzo a perder fuerza y dejo de oler al aditivo, se esforzaba mas en hacer lo adelantamientos o en subidas pronunciadas, por ese motivo investigue por meses en youtube, en foros, en varios lugares, ese producto no se consigue en una tienda en mexico y todo lo que vi era para pickup, pense que seria malo para mi motor pequeño, pero todo lo contrario mi 1.6lts hdi desde que llene el tanque de diesel y puse el AR-6400-D se sintio el cambio, estaba dudoso de que hubiera un cambio por que habia leido de otros aditivos y decian que no servian para nada, pero segui las instrucciones y desde el primer dia y los primeros 60km que hize, en ese mismo momento volvio el olor en el escape ese olor distintivo del eolys quemado, de la urea quemada, un olor a cloro, a los 20min del viaje, se sintio un empuje como si se destapara algo en el escape o algo funcionara mejor, y al dia siguiente se sentia mas lijero el coche, respondia un poco mejor, me acabe ese tanque de diesel en 1 semana y puse el AR6500 y en este primer viaje ahora huele mucho mas aun al aditivo y se siente muy lijero, se siente mas agil que antes, esta cosa me sorprendio, vale cada centavo, es lo mejor de lo que eh probado, lo volvere a comprar sin duda. El aditivo de peugeot es basura a comparacion de este en precio es mucho mas caro el archoil pero vale ese costo extra. Me encanto que llego bien empacado, en tiempo y forma, ningun problema.

I felt the difference after the first tank of diesel was running through. The start is much better even when cold.

Works great but still I'd consider it priced on the high end. It works though so if you need to clean a diesel system it's a safe but expensive bet.

I was a bit skeptical but seeing is believing. I used the oil additive, injector cleaner and fuel additive and got a smoother running engine, better fuel economy and less regen. Told my buddy and he did same on his truck. Love this product. 2015 F350 Platinum 6.7’s.

ATTENTION MERCEDES SPRINTER OWNERS, this is the additive you’ve been looking for! I’m now on my fourth bottle of this stuff. Use about two bottles per year approximately 120 mL per tank. Since I’ve started using this product, I have not had one glitch, fault, stutter, or any type of power loss due to EGR sticking. Normally, I would have these problems every 15,000 km which would result in me having to pull my EGR and clean it. After 60,000+ kilometres using this product, I pulled my EGR to check on it, and the buildup was just the slightest film of carbon. I didn’t even need to spray the EGR down with brake cleaner to clean it. I was able to just blow it off with an air compressor. 2016 sprinter 3500 V6
