After reading multiple reviews I wanted to add my 2c. The taste is not gross in my opinion. They taste like many other vitamin gummies I’ve had. I have issues falling asleep and I pass out about 30min after taking two of these. Zero groggy feeling in the morning. Definitely recommend & will buy again!

We take one hour before bed and we just melt. The taste is kind of yucky and the texture is like any gummy you've ever taken. But they work. It helps us fall asleep and stay asleep helping us feel refreshed in the morning.

I'm a night owl & have had long-time sleep issues. This is my go-to to induce drowsiness to help fall asleep. I take two but 1 makes you feel relaxed, too. They are a soft chewy texture with a good berry flavor & I start to feel their effect in about 30-minutes. Ashwagandha is good natural part of this product, in addition to low dose melatonin. This same company makes a version with a stronger dose of melatonin, too.

These work well but to me, they taste like raisins, which is not my favorite taste. I can usually get a pretty good sleep with one gummy and two will keep me asleep for a full night. These do help me feel like I wake up refreshed after a good night's sleep, but I do still toss and turn a bit. As can happen with melatonin, the first time I took one I had a nightmare, but now I mostly just remember my dreams. I suppose that means it is indeed helping with my REM cycle, and like I said I do feel like I wake up a little more refreshed.

Ive tried multiple sleep aid meds and this one has worked the best. I took only one to test how fast I'd be able to feel it and see how it helps throughout the night, within the first hour after taking it, I felt very relaxed and started to feel like I was dozing off, my whole body felt relaxed. I normally only sleep between 4-5 hours total with a few wake-ups in there, that first night, I was able to sleep 7 hours and only woke up once, and that was per my smart watch. I felt better that whole next time.. I would recommend this and I'll continue to take them to assist with my sleep.

Best melatonin around; honestly it works so well I just take half or even 1/4 of one. It always helps me sleep

I love these! I used to lay awake thinking, tossing and turning before I started taking them. Now I take 1 hrs before bed and can get to sleep easily. I don't wake up groggy or foggy. They taste great too! Recommend.

Not strong enough if you absolutely need to knock off quickly and stay sleep before a12 hr shift, woke up several times. Ok to use when you need to wind down and relax
