If you have any doubts weather they will arrive frozen or not like I did don’t worry I live in CA and it was triple digits out and they were rock solid. Very fast shipping as well arrived a week ahead of schedule. I ordered the 20 pack of what I thought was rats not mice not the company’s fault but my own so make sure it says adult rats and not adult mice. Quality of the mice are excellent and no damage or any signs of disease highly recommend them and will order again

Good quality product that comes packaged in a cooler packed with dry ice. Mice appear health and are good size. Excellent value for your money (especially when compared to prices at chain pet stores). Will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

I have been ordering from this company for a year now. My Ball Python has happily eaten these large adult mice up until the most recent batch. They are very dirty (with feces) and smelly. Some of the mice have sores and scabs. My snake will not eat these anymore but will eat the frozen Arctic Mice from Petsmart. Luckily, my Giant African Bullfrog happily eats these dirty mice, hence the 3 stars. So what has happened to these mice?? I am afraid to order them again!!
