This is a great pressure washer in my opinion at the time y purschase in 2021
If your garden hose keep pop-out of the connector remove the gasket because the gasket is too big and you will have too little threads for connecting.#2 if you loose pressure and your washer feel slipping, hey this have oil inside the pump and need service. From factory they fill poorly in mine was very low in fluid.This electric pump came inside with 30 non detergent. Dont use that use 15w40 to 20w50 that will be perfect. I use 75w90 because Was avaliable in my house from another pump industrial.This waher is runnig good from 2022 up today may 2024

Easy to operate
I like the way it cleans once it is connected right. The first time the water pressure blew the hose off the machine. Had to buy new rubber washers. Works well but leaks from connection sometimes.

The plastic water connect fitting - not good
Once I replaced the water connect fitting with brass, the unit is fantastic. The flat paddle pressure nozzle delivers a nice cleaning pattern and it is a nice quiet machine - about like a vacuum cleaner.

Great cleaning
It's great but the attachment for the hose comes loose if you move the machine.

Bought two the washers, returned both
First washer I've got had thread of the hose adaptor worn out, or may be of the wrong size. Anyway, it pops off from thread every minute or two.I have requested replacement and got it timely. Second one I did not even assemble - the washer was all covered with oil, leaked probably from the motor. The box was soaked with the oil. I did not feel the item is safe, so sent it back. Would avoid this manufacturer for sure.

Died with no warning
I’ve had this power washer for 13 months now. It worked fine last year but I just tried to use it for the first time this year and everything seemed OK when all of a sudden it just died. Checked the breaker and tried fiddling with it a little bit, but no luck it’s dead. also must say the valve connecting the hose kept coming loose and I think there’s a problem with the internal parts of the water connection because it seems to be leaking from the inside when it was working
