Q: Do I have to run dual calipers with the reservoir?

This handbrake reservoir is designed to have an isolated dual caliper set up on your rear. You can get an aftermarket Pass Through Cylinder (Wilwood makes a good one) that would bolt on and replace the reservoir on the back. That being said, if you want a good Pass Through handbrake, Chase Bays makes a good one as well.

Q: Does it pull away or towards the reservoir?

The handle pushes toward the reservoir to actuate the brakes.

Q: Can this be installed directly to stock brakes?

Yes it can just T off to ur brake line
