It is exactly what you see in the photos
There is no assemble required. It looks exactly as described and photographed. I like having this mini file system on my desk because I can quickly reference these files on a daily basis. I manage six rental properties and this mesh desktop organized keeps all the files I need in one place. I like the bonus areas for the supplies I use for these properties and an extra pen holder. You can never have too many. This was a good buy and a reasonable price.

Arrives Damaged
Arrived damaged the first time. Ordered a replacement. It arrived damaged as well. I kept the damaged product as I like the usefulness of the item.

This item arrived with a half-opened box, product bent and broken. My husband disposed of the box and I don't have time to find a box to return an item that is totally unusable. I would like to have a replacement overnighted to me if at all possible. Thank you!
