Amazing item
I recently purchased the Yes4All Soft-Density Half/Round PE Foam Roller, and I am extremely satisfied with its performance and versatility.First and foremost, the foam roller's soft-density design provides just the right amount of firmness and cushioning at the same time. This makes it perfect for a range of uses, including back and leg exercises, yoga, and various physical activities. The soft density ensures that my muscles get the necessary relief and massage without causing excessive discomfort. The choice of sizes, ranging from 12 to 36 inches, is another fantastic aspect of this foam roller. Depending on the specific needs of your workout or recovery routine, you have the flexibility to select the most appropriate size. Whether you prefer a smaller roller for focused muscle targeting or a larger one for broader coverage, Yes4All offers a size option that fits your requirements. The half/round design of this foam roller further adds to its versatility. It allows for a wider range of exercises and stretches, targeting different muscle groups with ease. I found it particularly beneficial for targeting my back muscles and improving my overall flexibility. The flat bottom of the roller ensures stability during use, preventing any unnecessary movements or slips.Additionally, the PE foam material used in the construction of this roller is durable and long-lasting. Even with frequent use, it has shown no signs of wear or deformation. The material also repels moisture, making it easy to clean and maintain. In terms of price, the Yes4All Soft-Density Half/Round PE Foam Roller offers excellent value for the quality it provides. It is competitively priced compared to other foam rollers on the market, without compromising on performance or durability.Overall, I highly recommend the Yes4All Soft-Density Half/Round PE Foam Roller to anyone in need of a reliable and versatile foam roller for exercise, yoga, or physical activities. Its soft-density construction, choice of sizes, and durable material make it a top-notch option that will cater to your muscle relief and fitness needs.

More of a medium density roller. Works well on injured areas. See specifics...
I have had this for a month now (I will up to five stars if it holds up like my high density one has). It is not as soft as the softest white roller at the PT office, but it is way softer than the CanDo white rollers that are purportedly soft. I use it daily. The logo is branded deep into the flat end, which makes me think that will probably crumble easily over time, but the body itself is long and solid and will last quite a while. It works great on rolling out and relaxing my injured area after exercise to break up the lactic acid and promote healing. It works okay for rolling out my spine and neck when it feels a little off, but I prefer my high density one for that. I've had the high density for two years and it's still completely solid like the day I bought it. See product and my review here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R22FIYEJEHB7LC/ref=cm_cr_dp_d_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B00FXHSLREFor reference, I'm 5'4 and weigh about 150lb currently and this medium roller is still as it was the day I purchased it after daily use. I think the medium density would easily retain shape with a person weighing up to 200, especially if it's used like I use it - for an injury (leg, hip, arm, or back) - and use the high density for normal use. Some people complained in reviews about the items bowing after being stood on. If someone is rolling out a foot injury, I'd suggest a lacrosse ball instead, or, if to stand on one of these, perhaps stand on the end instead of the middle to prevent bowing (on the medium density). Or maybe get a balance pad. Those conform so you can apply a more gentle, soft pressure to your injury. If you use a balance pad for this purpose, I would suggest holding onto something firm for balance. If you've found the review helpful, please let me know. Thank you!

A Roll of the Dice that Just Didn't Stick
I was eager to try the Yes4All premium soft-density foam roller after reading many positive reviews about its ability to massage sore muscles and improve flexibility. With its generous 3 foot length and molded exterior, it seemed perfect for targeting everything from my back to thighs during at-home sessions. I was hoping it was soft enough to use for the MELT Method. Here's my impressions:Pros:Outer material has just the right amount of tackiness to grip the floor and not slide aroundSoft exterior makes it more comfortable to use on sensitive or tender areasLightweight and easy to move around and storeCons:Too soft for standard foam rolling, but not soft enough for the MELT Method. While I loved the idea of this foam roller and trying something softer, it just wasn't soft enough for me. In the end, I decided to return it and stick to my tried and true standard foam roller and I will be buying the MELT brand soft foam roller soon.

fabulously as described
large big guy did not crunch under my might. Gets the job done and holds up like new so far. After a good few uses i can say this roller is sturdy and hasn't crumpled or torn as i worried initially comparing the material and price to others.
