Absolutely amazing! Not only did my nails grow super fast, but my skin is looking so amazing. I am 78 years old, and my skin looks better in the past month since I am taking these vitamins. I can definitely see a big difference, getting compliments a lot lately. Not using anything else different. As for the hair, normally thick, but lately noticed some extra fall out. I recently started to take these gummies so I can’t speak on how they work yet but I will say I love the taste as well as the texture. They’re gummy but not sticky which I like. You also get a lot for your money!

Doesn’t have a smell very chewable and sweet and easy to swallow, quality is great.

I love these vitamins. They don’t last long because it’s not that many in there but they do the work. Had my skin glowing and soft. Grew my hair some. The nails? Didn’t notice too much of a difference. I love these though. If only for the skin results. I would recommend these.
