It's not perfect, its not 100%, but its definitely like 90% success rate. I can feel a relatively gentle drowsiness about 30-40 minutes after taking it and, for the most part, does keep me sleeping throughout the night. Again, its not perfect- especially if you're like me and have a hyperactive nighttime brain. But, it really is the only thing that has helped. My only gripe is that it seemingly isn't sold in stores anymore? I've checked everywhere across multiple cities and states that I've lived in over the past few years and for some reason its only available online now.
