what is the point of claiming to offer traditonal recipes and then "modifying" them
Not a terrible book but hugely disappointing that they are willing to "modify" the real recipes without explaining what they changed or why. I feel ripped off/ decieved, when they claim to be preserving traditions.

A small book, which contains a lot of use full information. Plus recipes. I would recommend this book.

Fascinating and informative guide to making bread.
This book contains exactly the information I was looking for. On first read I learnt something about making bread - namely that a warm temperature is not necessary for the dough to rise - this can be done overnight in the refrigerator.I've docked a point as the book is printed in China - surely this could and should have been printed here.

Fantastic little book
This was a stocking filler Christmas present and to be honest I had no great expectations of it but WOWI have now tried at least half the recipes in the book - all have worked and been asked for againHow many bread books have you got that only contain one or two recipes that you use again and again - very few I would suggestBelieve me this will prove the exception
