I've been using different collapsible garden/weeding bags for 25+ years, and this one is the best by far. Here are the reasons: (1) Hard sturdy plastic base, with drainage; (2) Very strong wire spring, ensuring the bag stays upright as you load it; (3) Easy to use clips on the OUTSIDE of the bag, for collapsing & storage. All previous bags I've used quickly get holes in their plain fabric base after 1-2 seasons, as you drag them around the yard. BUT -- this bag's hard plastic base "scuffs" very smoothly over the surface of gravel or other hardscape. Also -- it has drainage! If you leave a half-pile of weeds in it overnight, or forget to dump it before it rains, no problem! You can also easily rinse the bag out & it will dry/drain. ALSO -- the wire spring seems to be much stronger than all other bags; this bag stands upright vs. collapsing to the side when you try to stuff in taller branch trimmings. AND -- when you want to collapse the whole thing, you don't have to grope inside the edge of the dirty bottom liner to grasp a tiny toggle to hook up to an outside loop -- this bag's plastic snap connections are BOTH cleanly on the outside & easy to connect, once you've dumped the bag into your yard-waste bin & done. I chose the 18" diameter because it fit into the narrow gravel pathways in my yard & I thought its lower weight would allow me to easily lift & dump it into my larger yard bin. But, I am sure the 22" diameter would be equally hefty & an awesome choice if you were a stronger individual with a larger yard. I love this bag!!! I'm not going to say it makes weeding fun, but it makes weeding kind of fun. If you've had bad experiences with other pop-up bags, get this one with no worries!!

Calling it a bag holder is a bit of a misnomer. It works best if you fill up the container, pull the bag over the top, turn it over and give it a few shakes while it is inverted. There is a sleeve on the top rim that keeps the contents from spilling out during the transfer to the bag. Very sturdy and has all the necessary handles to get yard waste bagged efficiently. You can also adjust the sleeve if you have smaller bags. The straps and buckles to store it flat are sewn-in. Glad I went with this solution instead of a bag holder.

I just received this item. They were super quick to ship and get me my item! I was very impressed when I opened this. It appears to be built very well. I REALLY like the plastic bottom. The stitching and cloth appears to be well done. I have had a few other bags and they've had a cloth bottoms..needless to say they didn't last long and I've also had the spring/wire rip out of them. This new bag appears to be very well built and it has padded handles - bonus in my book. It's very easy to collapse back down for easy storage. I like the clip in buckles to keep it secure while collapsed, very easy to use. I look forward to using this bag and seeing how it holds up :) I'm thinking it's going to hold up just fine! I've tried about five different popup yard debris containers of this general type. This one is the best so far. I really like the hard plastic bottom. It protects the container from damage, sliding easily over the lawn, even when full of pine cones and fallen limbs. The drain holes do their job and prevent moisture buildup. The fabric material is durable, with strong stitching that doesn't quickly rot. Handles are sturdy, well-stitched and secured. I like the handle attached to the base (very helpful when lifting to dump debris, or pour it into a bag). The features key to easily collapsing the container for storage all work perfectly. The casing fabric and stitching that holds the support wires has held up very well. Other popup containers I previously purchased failed in that feature, rotting and ripping well ahead of the rest of the parts, unacceptably shortening the container's life. I just ordered the larger 45-gallon Sleek Garden popup and am planning to use it for gathering lightweight debris like leaves and pine straw, lining it with corresponding size plastic bags. The only part that failed pretty early is cord in the drawstring top. With a little patience one can replace it with similar rope, but the manufacturer should choose a more durable cord/rope. Thanks for making such a serviceable yard cleanup product!

This is a great bag. One of the best I've ever had, and I've had it for 3 years. 2 issues: 1) the handles don't last. I keep the bag outdoor, under cover, but after a year, the handles (made of fabric) broke. 2) the bag is so deep that if you fill it up, even two third of the height, and you have some heavy materials in it, it's really hard and bad for your back to empty it in your green recycling can, and when the handles broke, it became even harder to empty and move around. Other than that, it's a really good product. You just have to know how to use it: sew new handles if/when the original ones brake, don't fill up the bag too much before you empty it.

Quick delivery time. Product is exactly what we were looking for to replace our previous garden waste bag. Stands upright without additional support to make filling easy!!

I've been using this now for a number of weeks and so far, so good. I've dragged it around the yard, stuffed it to the brim with all sorts of cuttings, clippings and garden waste and it's holding up. My one small negative is it has a draw string closure at the top. In my community we must put out our garden waste in biodegradable paper bags. Transferring waste from the tote into one of these bags is awkward because of the draw string closure ... I almost feel it would be easier lugging around the paper bags and filling up as I go ... but this really defeats the purpose of getting and using the tote in the first place.

Only used it once so far but liking it.
