I love this delicious tea! It is a perfect combination of spices, and even if I forget to remove the bag right away (like I just did now) it does not get bitter. I do also really like that this is just the tea and spices without anything else, so I can add milk and honey to my taste or drink it straight as well, depending on my mood. I love this chai! High quality really makes a difference with tea, IMHO.

I just love this tea, a delightful and aromatic version of chai tea that's much milder than most chai teas.

Really nice scent; not much flavor of spice (though fortunately not predominantly tasting of black pepper like the almost-out-of-date Tazo I've got). Probably good if you like a lot of cream and sugar with a hint of spice.

Numi makes really nice organic bag tea. I use this tea when I do not have time to make my loose leaf tea. I love the flavor of this chai, as not too spiced in flavor, just a nice blend.

Love this tea! Ingredient list is all natural (and short!), and the tea has a nice cinnamon taste that has a very slight sweetness. Also, like that it's organic.

I'm used to drinking much stronger flavored chai teas so this one seemed like it wasn't spicy at all. You can barely taste the ginger. I think this tea would be much better if they added some peppercorns which is traditional. What this tastes like is a weak black tea with little flavor. I normally love Numi teas but this one seems too weak for me and I used two teabags per mug. So if you like stronger chai teas this may not suit you. It needs a lot more spices in my opinion.~The Rebecca Review
