Approx. 75 inches... I'm 5'8'and can lay flat with room to spare..

Q: When the arms are in a lowered position, can they be sat upon? Is there enough support?

Yes.! You can lay on the arms in any position they're in. I'm 5'4 and have plenty of support. BUT, the back of the couch is literally just one metal rail. But it's because you can use it as a pillow.

Q: What is the length when layed out?

Around six feet. We put one in our break room for bakers who start early and have a long shift so they can take a nap. It has been much appreciated so far
