Not finished
I can tell that these are punched out by a machine and never touched by hand until packing.Ring side: The inner edge is very sharp and doesn't leave much room for tolerance (a tight fit for 1" rod) if someone had just taken a few moments with each ring it could have been smooth and easier to use out the box. I used a drill bit wrapped in sand paper to smooth out and widen it a little so it wouldn't scratch my rod.Mounting side:The screw holes were not in the same orientation, meaning I couldn't make a mounting template making mounting them in a straight line over 120" a little tricky.I have worked as a handyman in the past and have done jobs with far superior hardware. however, for the price this is a nice set that I'm happy I purchased.

Good product
I like that these are ceiling mounted so I didn’t need to drill holes in my window frames. The only issue is getting them positioned correctly, but I’m sure that’s just me.

Just horrible
I needed to attach my brackets to the ceiling, which was not a fun job. So brackets labeled to be used on my celing were exactly what I needed. I have a very long window in my living room with horrible vertical blinds I can't remove. I am allowed to hang curtains in my apartment, so I figured I'd try these since they matched the rod I bought and also weren't too flashy. I got them and they are very well made. They're super solid and look nice in person. However the nightmare was trying to hang them up. The holes on them are in such awkward spots. I measured multiple times on where I needed 4 of the brackets to go. I loosely attached them all with 1 screw and inserted the rod through all of them to ensure they were properly aligned. With the help of my husband and a friend, we got all 4 brackets screwed in, insuring the rod would come out after each one was in. The rod is just barely 1 inch, and ended up damaging the finish on the rod in some spots that weren't perfectly rounded off. After taking the rod out to put the curtain panels on, I couldn't get it back in. So now I have 12 holes in my ceiling, a damaged rod, and a bunch of useless brackets. Maybe they might be easier to install on a wall, but the awkward positioning of the holes is horrible and they're advertised to be used on the ceiling. They're not aligned evenly like you would think (where they would make an equilateral triangle when connected). And the holes where the curtain rod goes in aren't perfect circles or correctly sized. If you have a smaller rod and are mounting them on a wall, they'd *might* be alright. But from my experience I did not enjoy them and I would not recommend them. I wish I could get my money back for them.
