Great bits. Strong and sharp, reasonable deal. Learning how to drill different metals is just as important as buying good drill bits. These are good bits if they are used properly. Educate yourself on technique and these bits will last a long time.

Good quality bits. Used on mild steel and aluminum. Very sharp and worked well on higher speeds.

I break 1/4 drill bits all the time when drilling steel (auto fabrication). this is an inexpensive approach to ensure I have a bit at the ready when I break one in the middle of my project. Great product at a great price

Used in hobby shop as the pilot for a threading tap. Size appears to be just fine and drills as expected.

Having gone through many cheap Chinese made drill bits I wasn't expecting much. I had to re-deck my car hauler trailer which would require drilling 100 or so holes in 1/8" and 3/16" steel. So I bought a 12 pack thinking I might get 10 holes per bit, I have used the cheaper Harbor Freight bits and am lucky to get 4 or 5 holes from those bits. After 80 holes on my first of these bits it was still going strong and I was impressed. I finally started not letting the bit cool between holes and running it fast instead of slow with pressure and finally broke a bit at the 85th or 6th hole. These bits are like the old American or German bits, made to last. I highly recommend these.

Good quality drill bits! Works good on steel!

They work as advertised and are way cheaper than bits from the hardware stores I go to. I've had to drill holes through a number of thin steel plates and I'm still on my first bit after 30 holes. It is drilling slower so I'll start using the next one and leave first one for my plastic or wood drilling applications. Also love the small case it comes with. Will definitely buy again in the next size I need.
