NANPU 3/8" NPT Air Drying System - 5 Micron Particulate Filter, 0.01 Micron Coalescing Filter, Air Pressure Regulator Combo - Semi-Auto Drain, Poly Bowl w/Metal Gauge

I submitted a question a few days ago: "Installed today and there is a massive leak in the regulator. What can be done to rectify this problem?" Well I found out that the problem was not with the filter but instead with the way I had hooked it up. It came with no instructions which made matters worse. I had attached the supply hose to the end next to the regulator which is incorrect and resulted in a massive air leak coming from the regulator. I'm writing this in case someone else makes the same mistake I did. The supply hose from the compressor should connect to the end next to the filters The hose attached to the end by the regulator goes to your tools. If I had looked at all of the pictures in the Amazon ad I would have seen the one that shows the proper setup. As for the filter it seems to be working as intended. I hope this helps someone.

I installed this on my welding cart for my plasma cutter and it works great for what I’m using it for!!

I needed a regulator that would work with the pressure my system has. The air gauge only goes to 150 PSI but the description said it was rated for 175 so I gave it a try. It's smaller than I thought but it works well and so far is working with the higher pressure I'm using. I mounted on the side of a work bench so it's very practical and I'm very happy with it. I would not hesitate to purchase more.

I really like the design with the built-in brackets. It seems to be well made. So far no leaks or issues. Great valueUpdate: going over 6 months of daily use. Still perfect.

Completely satisfied with the purchase of this air filter and regulator, the price is phenomenal and its size is nice and small which is what I needed to be placed directly at the machine i am working on. Would absolutely buy again.

I used this air drying system for a blasting media cabinet. I did not expect it to be as small as it is, but that takes nothing away from its effectiveness. It has demonstrated that it can collect water coming from my air compressor; as it should.Installation is easy, but instructions for adjusting its operating PSI are minimal. I read the small print twice or more and figured it out.The kit comes with everything needed for installation. It's been working perfectly.

I was really impressed with this unit. All the fittings I needed were included, plumber's tape (though it is really thin), and it came mostly assembled. The way they designed this makes each module interchangeable. I actually removed the module with the pressure gauge to do a pressure test, everything worked perfect without the filters attached. The included instructions are very brief and not translated well. Fortunately everything is marked with arrows for flow on the top of each module and the regulator has indications of how to lock as well increase/decrease pressure.The two reasons I marked this as 4 stars rather than 5: the filter drain valve assemblies and small air leaks.*For my small airbrush compressor, the drain valves do not close by themselves. I have to manually hold them shut in order for the filters to build pressure to hold them closed. Its a little annoying but still functional.*I'm also have issues with the fittings and modules holding pressure (compressor discharge is 57psi rated, gauge shows approximately that). With the supplied plumber's tape and the supplied fittings, I cannot hold pressure. I have a slow leak that short cycles my compressor. All the fittings are tightened except the pressure gauge which is very difficult to get a wrench on due to the small clearance between the gauge and the body. I have hand tightened it as far as I can.Recommendations to the manufacturer:*I would recommend either including a thin wrench that allows you to tighten the pressure gauge or install the gauge at the factory.*I would upgrade the plumber's tape to something a bit more robust. If it leaks at 60psi, I can imagine what others are experiencing.*Change the spring in the drain valves so low pressure/flow compressors can close the valves without manual interaction.

It was easy to install. It was replacing a harbor freight unit that got clogged and would loose air pressure. The block with the built in bracket replaced the black pipe to connect the 2 water separator.

So, I had to replace one fitting so far but in general this is working very well, it is drying the air properly. Good stuff, been sand blasting my firebirds' frame using this. Really good.

I ordered this product just a couple of days ago and I live in a very small community where super fast delivery of items is not the norm. Got it very fast and was impressed with the packaging and quality of the product. I have yet to install it, but so far it looks great! I'm a very picky person when it comes to products I order and don't often write reviews. I am very impressed so it deserves a little special attention!
