Giftgarden 5x7 Vintage Picture Frame for Wedding Family Photos, Desktop Vertically and Horizontally Display

The frame was beautiful--someone mentioned that the flowers were not painted, but mine came with lovely pastel paintings. So pretty I used it for my son's engagement picture.

What I like about the product is it’s true to its name. It looks really vintage but more classy and elegant looking! It highlights your vintage decoration

It is a very pretty frame, but my heart sank a bit when I opened it, because it's not as elegant as pictured by the seller. The swirling foliage is not as fine, and the overall frame is a plaster-dull (instead of bright, as pictured by seller). I feel like a clear coat will fix it though.The flowers are not as thoughtfully painted, either. Daisies aren't fully covered (like someone blotted it quickly witha brush tip) and some of the greenbleeds into the roses. I suppose it's too be expected with something mss-produced.Over all its still pretty, I may put a clear finish on it, though.

The color of the frame was very different from the picture in the ad. The frame is I received is brown and the flowers appear to have been painted with a spray gun as there is a great deal of overstay. Also the flowers are dark brown. The frame is lightweight and there is plastic, not glass to cover the photo.

The frame is very nice, sturdy and so pretty!! It made a wonderful gift!!

Very well made. Simply beautiful fitting scene I wanted. Blended with two other frames. A tribute to my recently passed wife.

LAME. Bought 4 of them for photo gifts; frame is cute, BUT IS NOT 5x7!!!It is 4-1/2 inches by 6-3/8 inches.Had to hack the pictures down to make them fit, which means the pictures didn't look right, and also could no longer be changed to any other 5x7 frame.Also, for some reason they silicone glued the corners of the glass in, which meant that the picture didn't fit in because of that either, and I had to get a razor blade and cut the lumps out and not slice myself up. Very annoying.For almost $18 a frame?? I totally got ripped off.

The media could not be loaded. This is a pretty picture frame. It's not necessarily an overall great buy. Here's why:Glass: This is not glass, nor even the hard plastic type you find at the MegaMart. This is a heavy plastic, but is pliable and will easily scratch or bend, at which point it will be unusable. It does look nice when new.Size: The frame itself measures 8-3/8" in width, and ten (10) inches in length. The opening for the picture measures 4-1/2 inches by 6-1/4 inches. This holds a 5x7" photo, as long as the photo has enough of a border.Design: The design is antique-looking and beautiful. It's a three-dimensional design, with faux-pearl accents and muted colors. The main color is a silvery taupe, and there are accents in a peachy pink, a sage green, and white.Longevity: As I mentioned, the plastic insert might not last too long, but the rest of the frame seems sturdy and of similar quality to what you would find in your Megamart or Bargain Store.Ease of Use: The back does not fully come off the frame, but rather opens on three sides like a book. This does make it a little more difficult to get a picture in straight, as you don't have quite the same freedom to move it about, but it really isn't a bad thing.Stand: The stand, of course, is cardboard like the backing. It is fairly sturdy, and does come with a tether so that it doesn't slide out too far and leave your picture flat.Price: In comparison to other picture frames both on Amazon and in retail stores, this comes in at the high end as of the time of this writing. The very high end of price for frames of this quality. Of course, always check for yourself because prices change, but at this time it approximately 35% higher in price than similar frames I've searched, some with hard plastic or glass.Overall: It is pretty, it will be used, and it stands up well. It is not a classy gift, with the plastic face, and won't last for the "many years to come" that generally accompanies a picture frame gifting occasion.I am a product tester, and did receive a complimentary sample of this picture frame for the purpose of testing and review.
