This is become my favorite shampoo and conditioner
This product has become my favorite shampoo and conditioner. My hair has a Brazilian blowout, as well as color. I like how this product has a sheen or gloss to it that keeps my hair shinier than other products I have tried. My hairdresser has also commented on how much healthier my hair has been feeling. I used to have lots of hair products in my shower, but finally felt comfortable removing them because I feel like I finally found a product that works for me all the time.

Formula has changed
I’ve been using Fekkai products for over 15 years. I don’t love the new formula. It’s thinner in consistency than it used to be, and seems to be quite drying. This was a favorite for many years. I will probably give this away and have to find something new. Don’t recommend.

Do not like scent
Just used the shampoo, conditioner and glossing crème. Unfortunately, I did not see any change to my hair. I especially don’t like the scent. I’m very disappointed. I am a big fan of their products but this one did not produce the glossy hair I was hoping for.

I am reporting this unusual color and texture of a new 1 liter bottle of Fekkai shampoo to the Fekkai company with a copy of the color change shown above. The new Fekkai shampoo arrived over a month ago and I have only lately opened it but stopped when I discovered that the color and consistency was different. I poured out about 2oz., shown above. The remainder is at its usual consistency. The reply I received from Fekkai was "to contact the Customer Service of Amazon and to have them work for a resolution" which prompted me to send this product to Amazon.
