Accurate and gives me peace of mind
I bought this because my baby was running hot, and the readings from his underarm thermometer didn’t seem accurate. I was told rectal thermometers are the most reliable for babies, so I decided to give this one a try.While it can be a little tricky now that my son is learning to kick, it gives me peace of mind knowing I’m getting an accurate reading. For any parent wanting true accuracy, especially with little ones, this is definitely worth having on hand.

This thermometer has been a total lifesaver for us as new parents. It’s quick, easy to use, and gives super accurate readings — exactly what you need when your baby is fussy or not feeling well. The flexible tip and ergonomic shape make it much more comfortable and less stressful to use than others we’ve tried. It also beeps when it’s done, so there’s no guessing. Definitely worth every penny for peace of mind, and I love that it’s FSA/HSA eligible too!

Must Have Essential
Great to have on hand, good to know that you have it when you need it. Perfect gifts for baby showers. I have had all sorts of temperature gadgets and I think the rectal thermometer is the most accurate and it has a safety guard to prevent it from going in than it should and provides accurate reading. It comes in it's own case so you can store it in your diaper organizer, diaper caddy, diaper bag, you name it!

Works well but reads slowly
This takes the guesswork out of taking rectal temps for a baby but it reads pretty slowly. Wish it read more quickly!
