The itch was so bad that scratching was almost orgasmic
WARNING: This is a long review. I will also provide detailed information about a personal episode that I hope some will find helpful. Here goes: Today, I'm several weeks into dealing with a long developing rash, that originated on my lower back right at the crux of my butt crack extending out on both cheeks. Initially I got a couple of bug bites there and scratched them until they were sores. Since a car accident, many years ago, I mainly sleep on my back. At some point in time, I developed what seemed to be a heat rash in the area I described above. It was very very very itchy. I tried using salves, clays and powders to dry it up and calm it down because I seemed to be more irritated at night with the heat generated from constant contact with the mattress and I scratched all night long; losing sleep because it was so itchy. Ever since childhood, I've had the tendency to scratch bites and rashes until I bleed and it/they turned into a sore(s). This time is no different. The rash began to spread further down my butt and into my butt crack with most of my itching being inside the crack and right at the point where the two cheeks meet. It then started to spread down on the bottom of my butt and was extremely itchy when I sat for long periods of time. I scratched and scratched and scratched and scratched; always breaking the skin and causing bleeding. Since I had already consulted with a doctor, about two weeks in, and the initial suggestion/prescription wasn't helping, I consulted with them again and they believed that since I had broken the skin so severely that I may have contracted a bacterial/fungal infection and it was suggested to use an anit-fungal cream; clotrimazole. Initially, it helped in calming some of the rash but then it came back and I continued to scratch and break the skin on a daily basis. The itch was so bad that scratching was almost orgasmic. I knew what I was doing wasn't good but the itch was incessant and I couldn't keep my hands away. On my own, after reading many articles and suggestion about how best to deal with this. Two different things came up in my search for another solution; someone said they used miconazole and then I found this product and read the reviews on this cream. I knew that I purchased this cream some time ago (4/16/16) for long standing dry skin irritation on my shins, but had it when I was working at a job that I traveled back and forth to often. Since I had left there, some of my personal belongings were still packed and it seem like too much work to find it. I decided that I would try the miconazole cream. That was three (3) days ago! I used it and within a short while it seem to make my itch exponentially worse. I had cut my finger nails to help with breaking the skin so badly. I was so desperate to relieve the itch that I started searching in a drawer in the bathroom to find something to use to scratch my skin. I found a miniature comb...really tiny, like a doll's comb. I grabbed it and used to rake over my skin to relieve the itch! While it felt really really really good to relieve the itch, I knew that I had done some major damage because when I looked at the comb, it was full of blood. I grabbed tissue to wipe it away and there was a lot of blood. It took some time to get the bleeding under control! I knew then that I had to get medical attention IMMEDIATELY!. I ended up going to the ER that night and was really embarrassed by the situation and revealing the damage that I had done! The nurses and doctor were very casual about it and assured me that this is common and helped me to feel comfortable. When I had to bury my head under the pillow (embarrassed) to spread my cheeks to view some of the damage, they were very calm and assuring me that although it looked "angry" that it was not the worse that they've seen. What I did discover was that I scratched myself so badly that I developed a fissure in the crack. They said that because the area was moist and dark, that fighting the bacterial or fungus was going to be difficult and was probably why the creams hadn't worked. They immediately prescribed an oral antibiotic and fungal medication. I took the first dose three days ago and within hours that intensity of the itch had decreased significantly. Although it decreased, it was still enough that I scratched until I bled; I just didn't scratch as long. As of last night I am completely frustrated and losing patience after 48 hours and no relief. I was afraid of another "comb" episode. I couldn't sleep again last night so I decided to read again about what to do. I ended up back on Amazon and back to this cream. It's 3 am and I decide to dig through boxes to find this cream. I found it but since I wanted to sleep I decided now wasn't the time to try it yet. Well I never ended up sleeping and at about 5 am, I went through my general wash and treatment regimen, which includes washing the area with hydrogen peroxide (let it dry), then apply colloidal silver (let it dry) and then cream of choice. Prior to this point and after the antibiotics, I was using a doctored chickweed salve that was helping somewhat. This time, I decided that I was going to use this cream first and after rubbing it really well, I would then follow with the doctored chickweed salve I made. AS OF THE TYPING OF THIS REVIEW.....14 HOURS LATER, THREE WASH ROUTINES AND APPLICATIONS OF THIS CREAM.....my itching has decreased about 90%, my skin feels relieved, my comfort level has normalized, I've gone through the day with minor sensations to itch, the majority of the bumps from the rash are gone, I'm no longer weeping from the open sores from scratching!! I'm generally not amazed but I'm amazed and super relieved. I now have to deal with the damage that I've done to the skin, which I'm really okay with. My biggest hurdle and problem seemed to be itching that seemed endless and had me very concerned. I know this hasn't worked for some people but it has worked for me and it has worked very quickly! I'm going to continue to use this and will maybe do a short update in maybe a few weeks. I hope this helps anyone who may be dealing with something similar.

The makers were modest. 1 hour life change.
I dont even know where to begin, no words hold enough expression to make me feel like my point has been made. If i were not insecure about my before picturesId share them with you so you can see for yourself the magical transformation this cream gave me.I tell everyone I know as loud as I can about my Puriya experience yet my skin looks SO FREAKING GOOD NOBODY believes me when I say I suffered from a haunting case of Eczema. That terrible little jerk popped up as a tiny rash near my eye on my face..I worked rigorously to get rid of it to no avail. 5 years went by and the entire time i battled the Eczema it grew, eventually taking over all my face dark patches, scaly, itchy, redness, constant, peeling flaking..tightness then raw just and ugly growing scab AGH!. If you suffer from anything remotely close u can imagine the pain period but on ones face?! Killing my smooth pretty complexion ridding me of my confidence you don't even understand.. I model, I'm behind cameras, I work in nightlife and I WEAR MAKEUP AND COULD'NT because eczema makes every idea you come up with run home crying makeup looks worse over scales and cracks. I was emotionally F'd! Visited numerous Dr.s paid for high priced prescriptions would have gone to Kenya for Shea Butter but had it sent to me instead I mean I was greased all day 24/7! No lie I kid you not, More than once I went in to the E.R In the hopes that if i cried shamelessly enough during an outbreak someone will finally help me give me something to stop it bc like i said it was growing!!. Nothing, no doctor ever cared enough and or every script darken the traces of Ecz on my face. I searched one day on Amazon desperate for help. Purchased many creams and pills determined to help myself out and out of the bunch was this lovely little jar Puriya . I SWEAR TO GOD (shaking as I type bc I am so moved) in an hour Puriya amazed me. It spread on like it was going to change my life and It did!! I love it so much and thats an understatement. The superb ppl from Puriya were way too modest about the benefits this baby packs. Im doing this review from the heart. I usually dont review but I just had to, no way I would not help out those who may be in need like I once was and I plan on telling everyone I can bc there is not enough answers or cures even for the symptoms you and I suffer from. So Here's the 411: It came fast.. In an hour was making a difference in my face. In (Day 1-3) smoothed my texture, ceased my redness and swelling, itchiness even began to unify my skin (30 days after) i am almost back to my natural skin color and orient. DO YOU KNOW HOW HARD THAT IS TO FIND and how amazing that is period? Creams worth hundreds dont do what my $30 Magic cream does. The Bad: Welp, The jar is smaller than I hope for lol. Your going to wish there was more too I literally licked the jar clean with my fingers. Bad 2: When jar 1 was finished I thought I was cured so I went 2 weeks cream free yet I had an mild outbreak soon after not as bad as b4 yet still. If I didnt shake some water in the jar and ordered another jar who knows what would have flared up so im saying Im still suffering without it I pray this second jar cures me or makes the difference in it not returning. Im gladly a slave to Puriya though and thats fine by me I rather be appealing then scaly and peeling! It will help me maintain my skin and be happy while I find out the guilty party causing my pain. To wrap things up it worked on every itch, rash and pain. Its an immediate help, affordable beyond its service and the name cant be any more perfect. ITS THEE MOTHER OF ALL CREAMS! We are joined at the hip Puriya..Love always

A truthful review
Going to be truthful here. This product works. I didn't take any before or after pictures, I should have, but believe me when I say my eczema flared up really bad. I haven't had a flare up in prolly 8 years and I really didn't want to go to the Dr and didn't want anything that had steroids in it. I started off using Aveeno which was alright and then after research I said I would try this. After two weeks of using it like 3-6 times a day, it is nearly gone. It was on both hands, wrists, arms, and inside of elbows. It had NEVER been that bad. The other thing I will do is at night I will apply it then put on some moisturizing gloves which seems to help. My hands are/ pretty much cleared up AND puriya cream also gets rid of the blisters. I had pretty much both palms filled with those little clear blister and they cleared up within a few days. Now for the bad part of the review. The first couple of times I used it, the scent of the product had given me a headache. After having the cream in the fridge for about a week, the scent has pretty much gone away and so have the headaches. The only other bad part is that it says it has a long itch relief period, but I will apply it and not even a minute later, I will be scratching. BUT, I have tried a lot of itch relief and nothing seems to relieve the itch except scratching. The last part is that there are no directions or expiration date on the product. I only knew it could be refrigerated from reading other reviews about and I just apply as needed, which is as many as 5-8 times in one day. And I out it in the fridge the second day and pretty much keep it there, but I am not sure when or if I should order more because as I stated above, there is no expiration date and I do not want to buy it just to have it go bad.

which is does very easily. Not greasy
Safe! Somewhat soothing and perhaps a modicum of healing to boot. If nothing else works, you cannot really go wrong with this. It is a strange coating when fully rubbed in, which is does very easily. Not greasy, but you know it is on. To you/me, it smells so nice too when applying, but those around you will no doubt puke. Unlike other so-called super moisturizers which leave a greasy film all over, 'Mother of All doesn't'. I assume that one could easily/happily use this potion as a very pleasant moisture cream for normal use on good, healthy skin - anytime. A family business by all accounts, but remarkably similar to a couple of other products boasting 'intense healing'. Same pots, almost the same logo style. So which one? I've tried a good few, but was most satisfied with Mother of All. So far anyway..........but that might be relative to the allergy quirks. I am deadly allergic to steroid (still millions of doctors deny that humans can be, but trust me.. there are millions of us out there who might well be and don't know it! That includes Viagra and Cealis like tablets, which again denial reigns, but they DO contain steroid base, but doctors refuse to accept that it seems). Cortisone fires off the allergy, yet again, doctors invariably accept no other treatment and thus insist on giving you more cortisone. Duh! In that condition, one is totally debilitated; all over your body your skin burns like on fire and then the horrendous itching after the spots heal a bit; then the constant recycling until your immune system eventually lets go and you start to finally heal after shedding maybe 100 layers of skin over the time. Often more than a year or so in agony. Anything one puts on your skin in that state can have terrifying consequences. Oils, which are supposed to sooth or heal, can and will agitate to the Nth degree, so it is very difficult to find creams or potions that wont cause more pain. Furthermore, once the body starts allergies, it can seem like you are allergic to everything. Mother of All.. helped with no side effects at all. I tried so many different creams from moisturizers you have to sell your yacht for to buy, to simple Indian supermarket ayurvdic potions in tubes. Many irritated and even caused more breakouts. Mother of All Creams certainly did not agitate at all, quite the opposite. The Dollar Indian creams are just as good for healing as say cortisone and they don't agitate. Then again, Mother of All contains similar ingredients. Searching Amazon, I came across 'Mother of All Creams' and read some of the thousands of reviews. A million flies can't be wrong. All good! A tad over priced for we minions when all is said and done, but in absolute desperation, I bought it. If you cannot sleep at night because of your condition, a good smear and an antihistamine that sends you off, can keep you down for a good few hours. Not sure if MoAC rubs off on the sheets if you roll around a lot, because it does seem to be well absorbed in no time, but another rub half way through the night will certainly help. Sadly, it doesn't go very far if your whole body is aflame. A pot full double the size for the same price would be nice and they'd no doubt sell more as I will keep buying it, even though my skin is at last improving after 1 year near death.

Cleared up my skin & great for under makeup
Absolutely love this product. It goes so well under make up clears up my skin and doesn’t make me break out. It did get a little expensive over the years, but it is a great product.

After one month of using cream
I have been using consistently for one month and I haven't noticed a difference with my rosacea. I've also been applying the cream to some rough patches on my knuckles and it has made an improvement for those areas, which is why I gave it 3 stars. UPDATED REVIEW: After reading my initial review, Puriya gave me a full refund. They also asked me to update my review. I will provide more detail, but the cream didn't work for my rosacea, so I am leaving the 3 stars. Customer Service: 5 Stars Like I said, the company gave me a full refund before I even requested it. If you are considering this cream, you should try it without worrying about a hassle from the company if you don't like it. Rosacea: 1 Star (for me) This cream did nothing for my rosacea. There are different types of rosacea, and there are a lot of positive reviews from other people who saw a difference, so I would say this cream just didn't work for my type. I have redness all of my face, with visible broken blood vessels on my cheeks, small white pimples all over my face but primarily on my cheeks, and dry skin on my cheeks. I saw no reduction in redness after one month of consistent use. I was also still breaking out. Moisturizer: 5 Stars I found this cream did a great job as a moisturizer. A little goes a long way, and it can be greasy if you use too much. I liked the texture and smell of the cream (whipped texture and a light minty scent). The cream did help reduce some very dry and rough patches on my knuckles. The patches were discolored, very rough and slightly raised. After consistently applying this cream EVERY time I washed my hands, the patches have started to flake, they are no longer raised, and I can see a noticable reduction in size.

Excellent results - highly recommended
I've had eczema since I was a baby and am now in my mid-30s. My hands, armpits, legs and ankles are most severely affected. Many products actually increase my itchiness, and sometimes those OTCs marketed as eczema creams (with a higher price) are the worst. Heavy creams that don't absorb readily make my skin feel sweaty and inflamed, to the point of misery until I can rinse them off. It seems like the big drug companies think that eczema is just very dry skin, and moisturizers alone will cure it. Additionally, many common ingredients like mineral oil, dimethicone, lanolin, urea, etc. increase inflammation in my skin. People who actually experience eczema on a daily basis understand that itching can be worse because of the body's response to various factors (allergens, chemicals, stress, sweat, medications, autoimmune reaction, etc). I take Zyrtec daily with good results, moisurize my "normal" skin with Shea Moisture products (no sensitivity yet), and use 1% hydrocortisone as needed for flares. I have it better than a lot of people, but my hands will never look/be normal. I do lots of handwashing and occasionally get a scratch or bite, and plenty of allergen exposure - I work in vet med. My armpits are also problematic, especially in the summer. I like the Puriya Cream a lot. I found it in an online search to see if there was anything new for eczema. I ordered it over Dermaced despite the good reviews, because that product contains xylitol (why?!). I liked the ingredient list for Puriya, and didn't see any I knew to be problems. I keep the Puriya in the fridge as recommended (great tip!), and it feels great going on. It absorbs quickly and isn't greasy. I use it on my hands, ankles and armpits with no problems. I have also used it on my face, but I wouldn't use it around my eyes. Unlike some reviewers, I like the smell! I like the jar so I can get as much out of the container as possible, and I'd love it to be sold in a larger jar, too. It soothes mild itch, and definitely moisturizes well. Most importantly, it does not make me more itchy. It was expensive, but I used an Amazon gift card for my first jar... thanks to my wonderful aunt! :) I recommend Puriya and will reorder, although Amazon says it isn't available right now. I'll continue to use what I have sparingly until it becomes available again. Thanks to the company for making a good product!

After trying a number of other products, this is the only cream that worked to clear my eczema.
I've been struggling with stress-induced eczema for about 14 months now. I've visited two dermatologists and spent over $3000 on different creams, lotions, ointments, soaps, steroids, non-steroidal medications, shots, pills, oils, and 100% cotton and bamboo clothing. I was losing hope until I came across Puriya's Mother of All Creams. It was the only moisturizer that soothed my skin. As with any other cream, you do have to reapply, so if you have eczema over a large area of your body like I did, it will seem like it goes quickly. Because I used so much of it and it is more expensive than other creams I had tried in the past, I thought I'd try another all natural cream that cost roughly 20% less. The other cream was not horrible, it was an improvement over the lotions recommended by my dermatologist, however, it did not soothe my skin like Puriya's brand did and does. I received my first tub of this cream on December 29, 2015 one month later, I was 95% myself again. My case was severe and by the time I came across Puriya's cream, I had lost hope of improving. I researched every aspect of this skin condition and had read about people who suffered for 3 years or more before finding relief. One thing though, you do not want to stop using the cream immediately when you start feeling better. I did that and my skin was not happy. It is worth every penny because it is effective. When I think of all the money I wasted out of desperation for some relief, I wish that I would have discovered this cream much sooner. I would have saved thousands of dollars. For those of you who have suffered or are suffering from this condition, you probably are familiar with that feeling. Additionally, they have an 180-day refund policy so if it doesn't work for you, you can get your money back. I also had purchased two of their other products the scalp shampoo and breathe ease. The shampoo didn't work for me and, although breathe ease smells great and has a great texture, I found that I was too used to Tiger Balm, which is much more potent. I sent a note to them one evening through their website and received an email from Emily, the owner of the company the very next morning. The process was so simple, no questions asked. The best part is that I asked Emily if there was any bulk pricing and they do have codes for bulk pricing when you purchase on Amazon. For those of us with more area to cover, this option will be very helpful. The discount starts at 10% when you buy any two Puriya products up to 25% for six. Finally, this is a small family owned business so I am even more happy to purchase their products. I am very grateful to have discovered this cream. It works.

So far, so good!
This product is really good. I hate putting any creams/lotions/moisturizers on my skin, usually feels gross... this stuff, I’m surprised at the amount I put on without noticing it, it absorbs so nicely. It’s been dry so my face has been dry so for me, the summer could be a different story but it does feel like it is moisturizing rather than being ineffectual or like it just sits on top of skin. A good test was one day I got ready out of the usual routine and I realized I didn’t put this on - but my skin was still good (not flakey or tight)! That makes me think this is definitely a good product that is “fixing/healing” my skin vs a day to day temporary fix. Regarding the price, it is a lot but I am using more than I thought I would at one go but seeing what’s still left, this will last a long time. I might even be using less for summer. If the description of what this covers (eczema, redness) has you a little intrigued, I wouldn’t let the price scare you away from trying it. I think a lot of my redness that can be improved by a product has been (I have little veins it won’t fix). TLDR: absorbs well, redness decreased, good dollar value

Started off dubious but amazed by results
This has been a particularly dry winter this year and I ended up with eczema on my eyelids that would not go away. Regular creams irritated the skin so instead of being dry and itchy, it was dry, itchy, burning and swollen. Even aloe gel irritated my skin. It was looking like my only option would be to start corticosteroid cream which has really terrible side effects, including thinning of the skin (eeeek!). I did one last search on Amazon to see if I could find an alternative and I stumbled across this cream. The seller sent an email before my purchase arrived, detailing about testing the cream and a few other tips. When the jar arrived, it was left in my mailbox at -10 degrees but it was still ok once it warmed up. The smell reminds me of walking into a health food store, it smells pleasant and wholesome, like a few different spices mixed together, but nothing I can name specifically. I tested it out before putting on my eyelid as I was incredibly aware of how uncomfortable it could be if I had a bad reaction. When I put it on my eyelid it was like magic. The pain was gone, the itch was gone. It was such a relief after weeks of discomfort (if your eyelid hurts it sucks like you wouldn't believe- it's all you can think about because your eyes don't stop blinking). I put a very small amount on - there is peppermint in the ingredients and nobody wants peppermint in the eye. As an unexpected bonus, I used it on my entire face and it cleared up the dry skin and drastically reduced the redness of my rosacea overnight. Before I purchased it, I read a lot of reviews and some people said it was greasy. If you read the ingredients it's made from various oils, so if you use too much it will be greasy. It's not like using a hand lotion that you slather all over, a little dab will do you. My cream is fairly firm (thanks winter!) so I press three fingers onto the cream and use what sticks to my fingers to apply at a time (three of those for my face and neck and one per hand). I'm not swiping my fingers through to get a big dollop of cream. Think buttering a cake pan not dishing out whipped cream on a sundae. Less is more and you can always put a little more on if it's not enough. Using that method, I've never found it greasy feeling. I've use on my face and hands twice a day and it works. It's rather pricey so I only use it elsewhere if I feel my skin is getting dry as it will take away the dry skin itch immediately.
