Is this the toddler size or small? On the description it says small, but in the cart it says toddler (which is xsmall)

I would say this is a ranged size, such as 4T-5T. I got my son this outfit for Halloween and he can still fit in it a year later. He is 44 inches tall and 50 lbs, 5 years old. I got him a size small, just to be safe.
