Can a ninja-fied Little Red Riding Hood end with everyone happy? Find out in this fractured fairy tale that's sure to be a storytime hit. I llustrated by Caldecott Medal winner Dan Santat. Wolf just can’t catch a break! Ever since the three little pigs started teaching everyone Ninja skills, huffing and puffing just hasn’t been enough to scare up a good meal. His craving for meat sends Wolf to classes at the dojo, and soon he’s ready to try out his new moves. A little girl and her tiny granny should be easy targets—right? Not if Little Red has anything to say about it! Kiya! Kids will be sure to fight over this companion to the hits The Three Ninja Pigs and Hensel and Gretel: Ninja Chicks! Review: Great book for active boys! - Distractible 4 year old grandson lives this book and the whole trilogy. Review: Great present - An absolutely adorable addition to the series. Love this book and the rhyming. Colorful pictures that are inviting and engaging. Great twist for the storyline. Perfect for your little ninja!

Girl power for boys!
Cute twist on the old classic. I love the strong female character and yet this isn't a "girls" book. My 5 year old son loves it and thinks Red Riding Hood "rocks"

Hilarious!
This might be the funniest children's book I've ever read. It's cleverly written and the pictures are good! A great twist on a classic story that is actually laugh out loud funny.

Awesome book and author!
I have 3 books now from this author. My 2 boys at 1st grade have a star student week where parents come in one day that week to read stories to the class. Both times I brought in 2 of theses books and they are a hit with the entire class and even the teacher. Awesome, funny, exciting, always a great ending. Two thumbs up!

Get this book. And then you will want this book for every child you know.
I love this book! Excellent rhythm, delightful rhymes, WONDERFUL TAKE ON THIS STORY!!! Red Riding Hood isn’t a helpless girl in need of rescue. Her elderly grandma isn’t weak and infirm. And the wolf isn’t a baddy without the possibility of redemption. Best of all, it’s a really delightful story! I LOVE THIS BOOK! So much that I now buy it for every child and parent of children I know. I bought it for my daughter when she was 5, and have purchased it for friends’ children ages 3-7. It’s just that good.
