These are also very small too so taking a fair amount is easy. Always a bit skeptical with gummies because of added fillers but these seem to be pretty solid with the dosage. You can scale up or down depending what dose you need.

ORIGINAL REVIEW - Well… tried this product for a month and unfortunately this product did not do anything to curb my appetite nor did I receive any of the other hopeful benefits. From a positive standpoint, this supplement does not taste bad and I had no stomach upset. I was very hopeful from an appetite standpoint. Back to the drawing board.

A very slight difference to the cap of container - now ridged as compared to my previous order that isn't ridged. Significant difference in this order though, is the taste of the gummies. This batch is drier, chewier and less sour. More like a gummy candy. Not a fan of this batch. I feel like I am not getting any cider at all.
