I love this exfoliating back scrubber, and the hand scrubber as well. I find this to be a great tool for washing / exfoliating my back, and the rest of my body. It is long enough that even a guy my size (6.2" 250#) can easily reach my whole back. The hand scrubber fits easily over your hand, and having the back-strap on it really helps secure it when your hands are all soapy and slippery. If I had one wish ( the reason for two star deduction), I would like the materials used to be pre-shrunk prior to assembly. The binding tape, on the edges of the back scrubber, shrink more than the exfoliating/coarse material, so once it is used the first time, the scrubber becomes cupped. So scrubbing surface no longer if the primary scrubbing surface, but rather the binding tape. The coarse material still engages somewhat, but not primarily. Once it is wet again, trying to stretch it back out yields no results. So, the scrubber remains cupped after the first use, and will not return to its original flat washing surface, thus losing the best scrubbing power of the back washer. The binding tape, along with the length of the scrubber, along with some degree of the coarse material engagement, still provides a better scrub than anything else I have used so far. So if you're a larger person, and have trouble reaching all of your back, I believe this to be the best option currently out there. Others are shorter, and thus maker it harder to try and reach the ends while trying to wrap it around your back. If the manufacturer reads this...PLEASE PRESHRINK THE MATERIALS PRIOR TO ASSEMBLY. ...IF you do this, you have a FIVE-STAR SCRUBBER. Let me know, and I'll buy another one. Until then, I will continue to use what I have with less than optimal results. UPDATE 02/24/18: The shrinkage is with the binding material, all around the edges of the scrubber. I believe the juke-like, coarse material on the scrubbing side must also have shrink some, but not as much as the binding. (I cannot tell if the thread, used to stitch the binding on, is what shrunk, or if it is the binding tape) So you have is four primary materials in the assembled scrubber: coarse scrubbing side, soft polishing side, binding tape, and thread to hold it all together. Some or all of these items were not preshrunk, so once wet/dry the first time, they all shrunk at different rates. I now have a back scrubber that doesn’t scrub. I can either wash my back with the soft polishing side, or the binding tape. The coarse side (which was the whole reason I purchased this item) is cupped up inside the shrunken item, because the tape/thread shrunk more. I cannot turn it inside out because the coarse material shrunk more than the soft material, leaving the soft side exposed. I has become worthless after four uses. On top of that, the stitching is coming out on one side, on the binding tape. It is beyond the Return Period. So I will try to contact the Seller for redress. Too bad...I loved it the one time I could fully use it!

Great back scrubber! If you get little blackheads or breakouts on your back or shoulders, this scrubber is way more affective than a regular back brush. It's got a coarse side for scrubbing and also a gentle side for buffing. I also like the handheld body/face scrubber it comes with. It seems well put together and is holding out after a few uses. If it breaks or gets gross, it would definitely be worth to replace.

Well made and works as expected. I'm a big man, and it is long enough to work well for me.

It does a great job in back scrubbing, but in only a week the sisal started pulling away from the seam.

Great concept, however cheaply made. One of the rope handles came apart after only 2 uses (a design flaw...instead of sewing in a complete handle a solid piece of rope they just utilized a segment of rope and sewed the rope ends into the right and left sides) one handle pulled out from the stitching on the third use. Also after the first use the scrubber pad curled up side to side length wise after drying (even after laying on a flat surface to dry) The curling of the fabric made it very difficult to use in the shower. Overall I would rate the idea itself a "5" star however with the design flaws it is "2" star at best. I will be returning this item to Amazon!

Well, you asked for a review and HERE IT IS: if there was a possibility to give a negative star rating I would. However, there is not, I purchased this with high hopes of it working well, exfoliating and lathering up well, but it did not. I ended up throwing it away after the first use. This thing has bits of (there really is no other way to put it other than) wood falling off of it, I guess that's supposed to be the "loofah" part of it?!??! Then came the surprise of the thing curving into itself, there was no coverage, there was no lathering with this thing, there was no NOTHING. Honestly, this thing sucks. I spent a VERY long time trying to find something I thought would be great for me, and I thought this was it, sadly this was NOT!!! Hey, buy it if you want splinters of wood (aka "loofah") all over your body and in your shower.

This is an excellent back scrubber. I have a wide back (lift weights) and as many body builders know there's no way to reach a wide back. with this back scrubber, I get my whole back cleaned and free of blackheads. great price, great product.

This was a one use item. I used it and loved the way it worked, unfortunately it was falling apart. I sewed the binding back onto the cleaning pad and tried using it again. It rolled in onto itself making the scrubbing side unusable. Needless to say, it went directly into the trash. If you are looking for a one use wonder then this is your product.
