This refrigerator is exactly what I needed. It works great with easy access. It would be perfect if the power & lights buttons were not on the bottom. I had to discuss various questions with customer service. They are incredible; answer the phone on the first ring, are courteous & efficient. They resolved all my concerns immediately. Wish all customer service were like them. Thanks

We ordered 2 of these refrigerators for our restaurant bar. One of them was not cooling, so we contacted the company and they didn't even have to send someone to check it first, they somehow knew it wasn't working from their end and immediately sent us a new one. They now both work great.

Look no more this is the best place I have dealt. From shipping to opening the crate totally exceeded our expectation

Do not buy this! There is zero customer service. I installed my cooler but cannot set the proper temperature. I have followed the directions and it does not work. I have emailed and called multiple times. No response.

It is perfect for all my sourdough starter crocks!
