This was a game-changer for me. I have a longer and softer foam roller that I thought was great. This one is a lot harder than my other foam roller, and the uneven surface does a lot more massaging. It may not feel great when you're using it but you'll feel amazing after! I have tight hip flexors, and I'm able to get in there and loosen them up with this roller.It's small, so it's easy to use and even bring on the go.And the Galaxy color is awesome, in my opinion!

This is one solid roller and after the first use my knots were released and I felt so good. Will use it as needed and it is a great purchase. The product is solid and can take the weight of a heavier person too. Great for releasing the tightness after a hardcore workout.That being said, I would advise extreme caution while using this product especially, by novices. This product did not come with any instructions. So do not use it out of the package. Consult a product specialist or someone who knows how to use this product. If used in joints etc, it might cause a lot of pain. I am just not happy that there was no instruction sheet or manual in the package.If you sit for long hours, this is a must have. Love this roller.

Unlike others I’ve returned in the past, it’s not too firm — it has just the right amount of support for my needs. It feels amazing on my back and the rest of my body, without feeling like I’m lying on a brick. I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking for medium firmness with comfort. Love the quality and material!!

Absolutely love and would highly reccomend. The ridges make it nice to get knots deep in your back. Had a house fire and plan on buying another to replace !

Works well ! Helps me massage my upper back!

This is not aggressive enough. It has too much give. I needed something with no give. And because it's a elongated roller it's hard if not impossible to release trigger points. It's very well made and looks cool. I imagine for most people it would work. But for anybody with any real muscle density and deep inflamed tissue from weight lifting or trail running you're going to need something smaller that can sink in deep and that has no give whatsoever. I found a tapered chrome showerhead fits this need perfectly. No I'm not joking.

IF you follow my reviews, you know that I'm a bit of a fitness junkie - especially after having 3 kids in 3 years (lol). For reference - I work out about 4-6 times a week, very strenuously. Anyway, a few months ago on the suggestion of a gym friend - I purchased a foam roller from Amazon, watched a couple of youtube videos on how to use it and fell in love. The problem? My husband has monopolized that roller, so I had to head back to amazon and order another. I did a quick search, saw the awesome assortment of funky colors, read the reviews and decided to order one! I actually like it even more than my first roller - it's hollow and the "foam" portion almost has this memory foam like quality to it that REALLLY makes it SUPER effective. I won't lie to you guys - the cool colors are what initially drew me in, but when I actually tried it out - I was SOLD! I'm confused about some of the reviews that complain about a lack of directions -- it's pretty simple to google a youtube on how to use a foam roller or ask a trainer how to use one. I've never heard of a roller coming with instructions!
