Love the color and the rice cooker. We had our old rice cooker for a long time so we struggled to find one we wanted to try that would be comparable. This cooker is just right. It looks cool too. We have had no bad servings of rice. It works well as a slow cooker and the Teflon pot is super easy to clean. It does scratch much easier than out last pot so be careful and only use plastic spatulas or spoons for stirring or serving. Great pick. No real complaints. Good price too.

The media could not be loaded. This is a very good product, It is a multigrain cooker. I love the size for my personal use I can go to rest knowing my food will be well cooked and stay warm . I love the steamer tray, spoon and measuring cup inside the product. It also has a steam collector at the back which is great, the manual is well detailed and easy to understand.

I absolutely LOVE this cooker for so many things! I use it more for sauteing, simmering and cooking vegetarian soups, beans and stews. It is the perfect size to make a meal or soup with leftovers for another time. I hardly ever cook on my stove-top anymore! Once I pick my setting, it maintains the heat evenly and I don't have to keep checking to see if it is simmering too hard.After sauteing, I can add my liquid, bring it to a simmer and reduce the heat by turning it off and back on to slow cook for as long as I want. The 2 hour fast cycle is pretty vigorous, but often all I need is 20-30 minutes and my dish is done. If I want my dish to cook more slowly, I put it on the slow cycle and just stop it after an hour or two when the dish is done.If I do cook rice or other grains, I have found that I need to use more liquid than I would with a lidded pan on the stove. I think this is because there is a lot of steam coming out which evaporates the water more quickly.Recently I poured boiling water into the pot about half way up, salted it and cooked my pasta in it. You really don't need gallons of water for pasta, just boiling water with salt in a container that all the pasta can be submerged. It worked perfectly!I use this cooker almost every day and I highly recommend it!

Never had problems with our last rice cooker from the same company. Had it for more than 10 years and worked without fail. This one has been nothing but problems and error codes that prevent it from working. Support has been horrible. Chat, email and phone conversations evidently are lost as you wander through the warranty process. Pictures and videos sent in as well. And all they keep saying is send us pictures of the issue, the model and a description of what is happening. Three times I’ve done this. Still no resolution.When it worked it was great…but hopefully you never have to work with support.Waste of time and money.

This review comes a year after owning and using it. It is an amazing rice cooker. Definitely handles that part to perfection. My concern though is durability. The latch that opens and closes the lid isn’t that great. In about a year of use, it came off. I tried to put it back on and realign it, but it was never the same. The latch would often pop back open which made it impossible to use. Beautiful rice cooker that worked perfectly, just a horribly designed latch. Maybe other people who purchased this had better luck, but I likely won’t purchase another one because I’m afraid in another year I’ll have the same issue with the locking latch.

La olla está muy bonita y cocina muy bien el arroz,pero me faltó la cuchara con que se mueve el arroz y la caja no estaba sellada,
