It's multi-purpose for me. I wear it running, lounging and sleeping. It's not cotton-rich like your usual clothing but it feels nice on the person and it really does dry quickly as well.

I'm 6 ft 1 and about 190 lbs. And this large is more like a Large / XL than a normal large. But it's a great quality vest none the less.

Cotton can be heavy when you are working out but these vests are light and the fit is good, would recommend, service and quality of goods, great.

Good, does the trick.Neck feels very comfortable throughout, which is great.Does very much show sweat once it's built up - not a problem per se, but as its synthetic wasn't expecting that.Also, feel a slight bounce on the back, which is why I'd try others before buying any more of these again. Doesn't pull the neck but you're conscious of it.

Use it as a gym top

Excellent feel to the vest, haven’t worn it at the gym yet. But size and material superb.

Moisture just runs down the shirt
