Trail maker 17” Kids Character School Backpacks Plush for Girls with Side Pockets, Padded Straps

I am preparing early with the things my kids will need for next school year so starting off letting them choose their backpacks. My 6 year old daughter liked this one so i got it for her and it seems like good quality. The colors are just as expected. This is a regular size backpack for use for school. It is not a mini size just to clarify.

This backpack is so cute - my daughter was very excited about the unicorns. Unfortunately, the materials used are cheap and flimsy and began instantly falling apart. After the first use, the inner lining started to tear and shred. After just a few days the backpack began to rip apart along the seam at the top where the hanging loop is. My daughter is in 1st grade, so she carries very little in her backpack everyday. This cheap material and construction cannot withstand even a small amount of weight.It is too close to the end of the school year to buy another backpack, so I am going to try and tape this one up with some cute duct tape and pray that it holds up for the next couple of months.I will not be buying this brand ever again - total waste of money and big disappointment for my daughter.

My daughter loves this backpack.She loves unicorns always had a pink backpack. This time I tried different and she loves it.It is perfect for her little back and not to heavy.Has lots of pockets and it is water resistant as well.She cannot wait to take it to school with her.

My daughter goes to school 3 days a week for 2 hours. She carries it into school on her back and then I hang it in a hook for her, they put their folder in it and then walk out do the building and I put it in my car. It only holds a ziplock of spare clothes, a water bottle, and her folderIt is LIGHTLY used and falling apart!The inside is literally peeling away. The strap is ripping apart from the bag, and the zipper doesn’t work. She started using it in mid- September. We got not even 5 months of use out of it.

I bought this backpack at the end of January and it is now the beginning of April. The plastic type lining inside is cracking and peeling, and the handles are all coming apart. I have tried to patch the straps so it would hopefully last longer, but the fabric is cheaper and didn’t hold the stitches well. This backpack is cute, but does not hold up long.

The colors are nice and my kid just loves it

We purchased this backpack for my kiddo to use for summer school and then for summer camp. I love the colors and the honey comb design. She loved the fuzzy heart. Sadly, this backpack was a one season use. I do take into factor that my 5 year old is not the gentlest on stuff, but I am sad that the backpack didn’t last longer. I am considering replacing the zipper so she can use it for next summer because I love the colors/pattern so much. Other than the zipper issue it really is a great backpack! Maybe just better suited for older kids.

I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing this backpack. We've only had it 2 weeks, and it's already starting to come apart. If your child/grandchild will be using it only for light things like stuffed animals and blankets, it would work well. Using it for carrying books to and from school, it will not last very long. My encouragement to you is to spend the money elsewhere on something that will last.

We bought this backpack for one of our 4 year old twins to use for school. It didn't even last her a month before the front zipper broke, the bag ripped and the interior was totally falling apart. I wouldn't recommend this product at all.Also because I waited a bit too long to return it, I can't even get a refund for it. I'd give it a zero rating but 1 is the lowest they'll allow.

This was a christmas gift and already one of the zips has broken and won't open/shut. Having to return and maybe will buy again if I can't find any others.

My 3yrs daughter is using this backpack for only a week and it’s already broken. Very thin material.

The bag is spacious and fits a lunch bag and some books. We purchased the bag for our 5y old daughter mid May and used it for the remainder of the school year. The bottom of the bag started wearing thin, and the straps have almost completely come off. The side pocket also ripped from the water bottle.
