Would it be too large (big) for a 5 years old girl that plays the violin to stretch her fingers? The little finger is the weakest

Hello Amy, Yes, it will work on your 5 year old - start with the Yellow FlexEx (it's the softest). Because of the size of her fingers it might be necessary to simply loop the loop on each Finger over the finger twice. This is very easy to do and should you have any trouble you can certainly always call us at 888-353-9399 and we walk you through it, or you can email us info@flexex.com and we can send you a picture on how to do it. And, yes this is a great tool for musicians of all ages. With best regards, Your FlexEx Team
