-Before PurchasingWhen searching for a cooler backpack, I wanted the best one for the best price while being stylish, sleek (not too bulky), durable, water resistant, and light weight so it is comfortable to carry on my back for hours while on a hiking trip or while tailgating. After searching for quite some time, I finally found this Coleman 28-can cooler backpack and did not have to look any further. This backpack was all I was searching for while being at a great affordable price being just below $30.-Negative CharacteristicsThere was only one negative characteristic and it is being water resistant. There has only been one instance where the water resistant characteristic could be tested and it id not quite pass. It was raining quite hard outside, then once I made it inside, I opened the bag and it was pretty full of water.-Positive CharacteristicsIt was exactly how it was advertised and exactly what I was looking for. After testing it out the first time, I was able to fit 30 cans in it easily, I still had room in the extra pockets for miscellaneous items, and the cans stayed cool throughout the day. For carrying 30 cans on my back for hours, I thought my back or shoulders would be sore, but having the waist strap at the bottom of the backpack really felt like it took off a lot of the weight by distributing it evenly. The durability of this Coleman cooler backpack is impeccable. The Material is perfect for using outdoors because it has a rough texture so if you were to rub against a rough surface it would hold together well. If you are looking for an affordable cooler backpack to take on hikes, tailgating, or just walking around on a hot summer day, that you don’t dread carrying, and looks like a regular and nice backpack, this Coleman 28-can cooler backpack is perfect.

But when I do, I prefer to write them for great (or really crappy) products. So this is a great overall bag. I bought it originally to carry around frozen fruit for one of my businesses. However, it’s become so much more. I’ll make this review simple and list out what I love about the bag.- Great insulation. Keeps all my frozen products cold. Just keep some ice in there and the frozen items near the bottom and you’ll be good.- super durable. I’ve packed this bag to the brim. The zipper has never come apart and it somehow always fits way more than I expect.- side pockets. Great for transporting things like a hydroflask or sun tan lotion.- front pocket. Nice little net to separate my goods. Nothing special.- elastic cord. Great for wrapping up some extra goods when you run out of space.-belly strap. Takes some of the load off your back. Good idea.All in all this bag has been awesome. I now use it for the beach, lake house trips and it rivals my camelback for hiking. The one thing I wish it had was a keychain holder in the front pocket. Outside of that it’s awesome and you should buy it because the price is great too.
