I love this for after I’ve applied acrylic and have shaped and drilled. This helps remove any powder left in the cuticle of the nail before applying any gel in the nail. Works amazing! It’s not too drying like alcohol would leave. Pictures I’ve done that I’ve used this on! As you can see my retention is A1!

This product works for normal nail polish it lasts much longer!!

I love my Young Nails Swipe! I just wanted to share something for anyone who might notice the same thing. While refilling my smaller bottle i noticed my big refill bottle turned clear, while my small bottle (which is actually older) is still blue. After looking into it, it turns out Young Nails has mentioned before that some batches may appear lighter or even clear because the blue dye can fade, but it doesn’t affect the formula or performance at all. 😅 I almost threw mine out thinking something went wrong, but it’s totally fine and preforms exactly the same. Just putting this out there so no one panics if they see theirs turn clear!

This is my go to for nail prep! Excellent dehydration! After removing the shine from the nails, gently and with no pressure, just the shine. Use a manicure brush with this to remove dust and to dehydrate the natural nail. After that I apply YN protein bond for adhesion. Using these steps will help your nails stay on longer and prevent product lifting. Nails last more than 2 wks.

I thought it was a sales gimmick when I heard one of the YN people say on their YouTube channel that swipe was way better than regular rubbing alcohol or acetone for nail prep. I figured this was rubbing alcohol with blue dye in it. But I gave in and bought some because my nails always lift no matter what I do. I’ve been obsessed with nail prep for years because nothing ever worked for me like it does for other people. Even enhancements I paid for in the salon wouldn’t stay on for more than a few days before just popping off. I could get them to stay on for about a week and a half with some lifting when I did them myself but I get so tired of filing off lifted areas every time I do a fill. I had narrowed out every other possibility. After buying the swipe I discovered that sure enough, swipe really is better than alcohol or acetone... I’ve been able to keep nails on for two weeks without lifting when they used to start lifting a few hours after I’d put new product on. This stuff and the protein bond are nail savers for me. If you’re a pro, I don’t know how you can do nails without using YN prep products. Worth every penny.
