My wife has a cup every evening after dinner. Helps ease digestion and tastes very nice, too. I order these in bulk as it works out much cheaper than single packets, but you do need the decent brand otherwise the taste is very weak.

It doesn't taste better than others but at least it doesn't have bleached tea bags

Always use Clipper tea's. I have many different flavours, they are superior to other brands.
