Arrived on time and in good shape and was exactly as described. Very pleased with my purchase.

Recently I raved about this product, (see below). But after a couple of months I find I am forced to tone it down somewhat. The sad truth is if you have to sit for extended periods of time this thing is going to back up and leak all over the place. You'll be soaked through the briefs and your slacks. And if you happen to be driving a company vehicle that is shared with your co-workers it's going to be embarrassing as heck.I still like the product, but I'm a little less enthusiastic after several mishaps. I had to go back to the diaper underwear while at work.My first review: This product performs exactly as described. The very first day I wore it I had it on for 16 hours. Worked a full 8 hour shift, then drove 75 miles to a concert and back again after a two hour show. Not even a hint of leakage or discomfort.I am a 66 year old man who currently has zero bladder control. I have tried so many products in my attempt to manage the incontinence and nothing even comes close to this system. I recently had an appointment with my urologist and wore this to that appt. My doctor, an accomplished surgeon, had never heard of this system, so I showed it off to him. He was extremely impressed with the design and my reported results. He took copious notes as I gave him all the details. I thought that was pretty cool.So, what's the down side, you say? Well, first off it ain't cheap. It will cost you around a hundred and twenty bucks to get started. And that only includes one pair of briefs and one collection bag. Now, I don't like to wear briefs more than one day, so you either have to wash them every day or buy more briefs, right? Yeah, and that's gonna cost you $42/per brief. Other accessory/replacement products are also available. They're not outrageous, but again, neither are they cheap.Now, for me, having a way to conceal with confidence my inability to control my bladder, and mot have to run to the men's room every hour or so, is totally worth spending a few bucks. Besides, my expenditures on diaper underwear and pads is nearly zero now. So eventually this product will pay for itself.Yep, I'm a big fan. Five stars, 10 stars, a hundred stars!

The drainage port on the side very uncomfortable around the knees,port should face downward. !!! Briefs need to be more snug in the crouch, some leaking noted. Not bad for the money, prostate surgery is hard...
