Great Quality Audio Cable, I purchased two of these cables at 50ft length to connect the audio from my computers in my server rack to my surround sound systems in my office. These cables work great without any issues noticed so far, they are a softer and flexible cable which allows running them through walls or through smaller spaces much easier, while still being careful not to bend or crimp cable since it is a fiber optic cable. The sound quality is also excellent and I have not noticed any issues with it. I can highly recommend this cable as well from BlueRigger

I needed a Toslink audio cable to attach a media center computer I had just purchased to my home theater sound system and the fastest, the best, and the least expensive way to get one is to order it from Amazon.I initially ordered this Mediabridge - Toslink Cable - Optical Digital Audio Cable - 10 feet as I had ordered Mediabridge products in the past and was satisfied with them.Not this one, though. I use a C2G / Cables to Go 40324 3-Play Component Video and TOSLINK Digital Audio High Performance Selector Switch (Black) in conjunction with my home theater setup and, though this cable appeared to be well-made, it just would not fit into the Toslink port on the the switch box. I telephoned Mediabridge and they told me that they were aware of their cable not fitting into all devices (this was mentioned in some of the 1-star reviews to which I should have paid more attention).So I returned it to Amazon (an easy and convenient process) and the same day I returned it, I ordered this BlueRigger Digital Optical Audio Toslink Cable(10 feet).It is very well-made and it fits perfectly into the ports where I need it. Based on its physical design, I am certain that it will fit into any device which uses a Toslink cable.It works perfectly too, carrying and transferring sound in whatever format the source supplies including, of course, full surround sound in DTS and/or Dolby Digital.I always like to have spares so, as this cable delivers excellent value for money and as I like it so much, yesterday I ordered three more of them!I highly recommend this BlueRigger Toslink cable to you. I had ordered a different brand that was supposedly high quality and made in Germany but it didn't fit in my projector port correctly. Apparently, I wasn't the only person with this problem with this cable. Well, this cable from BlueRigger it a perfect fit and it stays put in my projector and Onkyo receiver, providing crystal clear perfect audio of all types (pure stereo, Dolby, etc). I am so glad that I chose this cable, it is 100% trouble free, good quality, and has great performance.

This product saved me from having to upgrade my home theater receiver to one with HDMI capability (see description of set-up at bottom if you are interested).Beyond that, the product does exactly what it is supposed to do - run digital sound between components, which in my opinion, is the mark of an excellent product. The cable is also a great value at $7.99 (what I paid in August of 2012) and costs far less than what many competitors charge (including the "bogeyman" of cables).The company appears to have good customer service in that I received an email asking if I was happy with my product, however, because I am, I did not have to test Blue Rigger's service beyond that.As far as quality goes, the cable is sturdy, thin (in a good way - not flimsy), and the connection points are solid and snap snugly into place.I will buy products from Blue Rigger in the future for my connection needsFor those interested in my system setup, read on. For the rest, the product review ends here.I ran this cable through the wall to connect it from my Plasma TV to my old Pioneer 5.1 channel receiver and it works perfectly.For those out there wondering why I would use a digital optical cable instead of HDMI, the answer is simple - my receiver is not HDMI capable. One can get around that conundrum though by using the TV itself as the "center" of their system for the input of all signals (thereby using the TV for source switching between Blu-Ray, Cable, Internet TV, etc.), and run the sound through the TV's "output" to the digital "input" on my receiver. This way I get the benefit of a digital picture (via HDMI cables plugged directly into the TV) and 5.1 digital sound (via the digital optical "out" from the TV to the receiver) without having to upgrade my receiver at this point. I ran the same set-up at my parents house years ago and it has been working without a problem ever since (although I can't say there is no user error).

Needed to get the optical audio out from the wall mounted tv down to the A/V reciever for the surround. The 15ft cable worked just right to drop down and out the wall via the brush plates. Cable was flexible enough, yet durable. No need to spend more on the expensive brands. There are several other lengths offered by BlueRigger. Would definitely purchased again, which I already have.

Absolutely perfect. Build quality is sturdy and the connection snaps firmly in place. I think plastic tip are far better when connecting to a PlayStation. I had gold anticorrosion tips on the last set and I see that some damage was cause on the port. Small little door crack and the hard tips made the port kind of loose. When I used the BlieRigger optic cables the snapped in place. And stayed. The metal tips some times fell out. The housing for the connecting ends makes it easy to handle if you have larger hands and highly visible when working through a mess of cables. I used this model on my PS4 connecting to the Turtle beach DSS2 which receives full Dolby 5.1 signal and translates it to direction sound when playing FPS games like battlefront 2 and battlefield 1 and 4. The sound was a huge improvement. Deeper bass. Higher highs and such a huge advantage when you have someone running up behind you with a light saber ready to slice you in half!! Or an enemy trying to knife you when you laying down suppressive fire for your teammates. This cables realeases large sound spectrum that allows your device to perform at its highest potential. I have a set of thx monster optic cables. These are comparable to those. I can’t say enough about these cables. And all this at a price point that doesn’t hurt you budget!! Come on. This is a no brainer. Look at the ratings and ask your self why am I even questioning this purchase. Hit add to cart or buy now and get the sound you’ve been waiting for!!

Quality cable, length and fits in nicely with soundbar and works very well. Locks in very well at both ends. Always preferred Blue Rigger cables for various needs and satisfied with their quality and fitting with the audio/video equipments.
