We bought stuff for my daughter's bike.. paint, handle grips, pedals, but I couldn't find adequate colored tires. I bought two bottles for the tires but ended up only needed one. It turned out nice.

This was super easy to use and the color turned out nice but it just was not as deep purple as I expected. Maybe I needed to leave it in a lot longer but it was in there for nearly an hour...

I used one bottle to dye a 100% polyester mixed stretch mesh and chiffon dress from a color close to my skin tone to a medium purple. It was probably 2 pounds of fabric. I would have loved it a little more saturated, but I was only willing to fork over $5 for one bottle given this was my first time dyeing with polyester. What I did: I had prewashed the dress on a regular cycle. I used 1 bottle of royal purple dye in six cups of water (which left minimal room for the dress to move around) with a squirt of dish soap. I boiled it outdoors on my Instant Pot for about 2 hours. Rinsed it about 4 times outside until the water ran clear, then washed it in the washing machine with white towels with no dye bleed. Dress is still a little damp in the photo, but it dried to show completely even color. I’m happy!

Long review! So, even though the website says no guaranteed that Rit will work on bleached clothes, I already bleached some clothes and used it… for half a bottle of the Royal Purple, I got a T-shirt done, a pillow case, and a jacket. Going to use the second half and expect to get a T-shirt done, light wash jeans, and a second pillowcase. You can get a wide range of colors… I did the T-shirt first, and it came out really dark purple. Then I used the same water and dyed my white jacket, and it came out lavender. Then I dyed my pillowcase, and it came out a light lavender. If you use the same dye bath for multiple items, just know it’ll progressively get lighter like that.. more like, super dark, and then medium light, light. Do a ten min test patch if you want. Uses a lot of water (they say 3 gallons) and is time consuming.. two hours for three items, with stirring every five mins. Package has instructions, or you can google the Rit website. Makes me much happier, seeing my clothes in a color I like. I’m not a fan of white clothing. Now my closet has more stuff I magically like. Good luck!

We used this fabric dye to dye a homecoming dress that was a polyester blend. It worked perfectly! My daughter could not find the homecoming dress she wanted in purple, but they had it in ivory. We dyed the dress, checking it every 10-15 minutes. I was afraid it would come out muddy, because of the ivory base, but we were able to achieve the perfect shade of lilac!

It works but it fades over time. Much more than I expected it to.

Un ottimo prodotto ho potuto colorare un vestito rosa sintetico acetato ed è venuto di un bellissimo viola. Che facile dà usare basta bollire i capi prima un acqua calda e preparare un altra pentolona con l'acqua e il colorante e quando arriva ad ebollizione abbassare la fiamma mettere il capo che sta nella pentola a bollire versare nella pentola e lasciare li per mezz'ora dopo aver fatto ribollire il capo col colorante sintetico abbassare la fiamma e dopo mezz'ora toglierlo e sciaquarlo con acqua calda e pia piano con l'acqua che a temperatura finché non si arriva alla fredda attenzione usate i guanti perche colora le mani

Genial para pimtar ruedas de skate o patines!! Solo unos minutos y ya tienes un color bastante oscuro. Di quieres lila solo unos segundos!

Dyrt men super bra textilfärg, rekomenderar starkt då det går att få olika nyanser. Ju mer du har i desto mörkare resultat. Dessutom väldigt enkelt att hantera.
