Q: Ugh. What door thickness are these designed for?

I used it on a rectangular table that folds into a console table I would say 2” thick.

Q: Can these hinge be easily disconnected to remove door? Without unscrewing?

No, there is no detachment mechanism, you'd have to remove the screws/hinges completely.

Q: How much weight can a pair of these handle?

I dont know for certain as I have yet to install them but they are substantial and a pair should easily handle 25-30 lbs

Cheaper than the SOSS 204 hinge

Very similar to the SOSS 204 hinge. I was able to use the same router guide and template. The price right for me.

They’re the small ones. SMH!

Since the product photos showed 3 different sizes, the description was none too clear, and when I asked what size they were and got two different answers, I shouldn’t be surprised that I’m disappointed. I took a chance that I would receive hinges that took 8 screws, large enough to support an interior door. What I got was so small that it’s probably only appropriate for a base cabinet door. If that’s what you need great, but don’t expect anything more. Truly disappointing!
