Innovia® Automatic Smart Dispenser, Uses Regular Paper Towels, Saves Space, Stylish, Mounts Under Cabinets, Red

We love it, when it works. Have owned it for a year and a half now, but for the last six months it has been repeatedly refusing to retract the paper towel, leaving it draped all over the counter. Quite annoying when you have to unplug it from the wall power in the hopes to reset it, and that doesn't always work. Wish it would just do what it's supposed to do, because my wife loves it when working in the kitchen.

Well I just received the dispenser today and it's going back. The mfg box tape was pulled off and dirty which was my 1st red flag that it was opened previously. After unboxing, I immediately saw that the color was very different from the advertising picture. This looked like a very bright red toy dispenser that felt cheap. It wasn't the deep classy shiny crimson that the advertisement pic lead me to believe I would receive. Then I see that there is a "buckle" in the metal end cap as if it wasn't snapped in all of the way. Already disappointed, I atleast wanted to see it operate since I waited so long for it to come back in stock. That's when I see that there are no mounting screws nor mounting plate. This confirmed that this was used and not checked for all parts when it was returned then repurchased. I REALLY wanted this dispenser and had no problem waiting for it as it would have looked great in my kitchen. And because of that, I will contact INNOVIA and ask why this looks so cheap compared to the advertisement.

The automatic paper towel dispenser was installed in my kitchen. It works like a charm. It issues just the right amount of paper. It makes working in the kitchen so much nicer.

I must say I was skeptical and went back and forth for several months before finally deciding to make the purchase. I understand that many people would comment that something like this is totally ridiculous. But I gotta say, this is one of the best items I've purchased. It works perfectly and it really saves on paper towels. Granted, it may take some time in paper towel savings to pay for the device but I think it may be worth it. Excellent item.

I Love it,easy access!!

I purchased this July of 2020, 7 months ago and it will not give me paper towels now. Can load them but will not shoot them out. I think I should get a replacement.

Absolutely love this towel dispenser I bought several and gave them as gifts my friends just love them and so do I highly recommend it

Convenience to not using extra papertowels . Single sheet option is what we use most.
