This is the best brand intake you can buy for your RSX Type S, the quality is superb. it comes with instructions that also have step by step pictures! you will love the power gain. trust me, it is a game changer after your car starts breathing that nice cool air from outside the engine bay. dont hesitate in buying....it is the best price anywhere. i've searched... at least $30 less than anyone.Installation was simple but time consuming so be patient. i took some pictures so take a nice look of the final product. i suggest getting a hydro shield sleeve to repel any water, it does not come with the kit.give a thumbs up if you like this review and how the intake looks!

The install was a bit of a drag but working on anything on a 2003 RSX Type S is a drag lol. Had to remove the bumper & battery as well as cut into my wheel well to make room for the intake. End result? I LOVE IT. Sounds amazing on the highway. After I installed it, I let it idle for about 10mins so the ECU can adjust & once I test drove it, I felt a slight improvement in my acceleration, which I honestly wasn't expecting. For the money, I love it. I also love the hissing sound it makes when I turn the car off lol

Followed the instructions till the end. Even went and got a drill for the drilling process. It fit peferctly on my 03 type S. Sounds good, slight gains. They should mention in the descriptions above before buying the product that oversize rim diameter may affect fitment when turning. Due to this problem, im not sure if ill ever buy this product again. I might have to go with the aem V2 next time.

The intake does what it was advertised to do. It was not missing any components and installation was straight forward. I didn't give it 5 stars because the included windshield washer reservoir leaks and therefore cannot hold a full amount of fluid (when including the neck). I hope that Injen works on this and tightens the dimensional tolerances of the hole locations as they are atrocious.

I got this a day ahead of schedule super hyped, honestly I was not expecting anything much from and intake, but this product blew my mind. I have a Freddy racing exhaust as well, so that sound and the intake is just biblical, no words. Definitely recommend this product. You can definitely tell some improvement in acceleration. This product overall exceeded my expectations ten fold.

Took about 2 hours to install but man the sound it gives you is just amazing. My engine is louder than my exhaust. 02 rsx type s
