These are very pretty fixtures. The pictures show a good presentation of the light off, butwhne switched on they are just striking.Cons: they are typical Chinese quality. Thin sheet metal, aluminum wires, and a socket holder that must be bent for proper alignment. One of the mounting brackets didn't fit the existing holes in my octagonal plastic wall box--So, I had to re-use the bracket from the old fixture. ( I could have drilled a hole in the mounting bracket or run to the hardware store..., but using the old bracket was easier.)Pros: they are gorgeous when lit. I mean, really, REALLY attractive. I used a candelabra style bulb with a medium base with a warm white 75 LED instead of an appliance size bulb and it centered the light to the middle of the fixture.

These are very pretty light shades. The only problem is that they don't put out a lot of light, or evenly distribute it. The fixture only has a single bulb in a base that is mounted asymmetrically within the lamp. As a result, the spread of light (the 'cones of light' coming out of the top and bottom of the shade) aren't bilaterally symmetric through either axis, which I find somewhat distracting. If they added a second bulb to this fixture, one up and one down, it would look better, IMHO. Part of the issue may just be that the light's geometry was designed for incandescent bulbs, while the LED bulbs are a bit more directional, even though I used nominally omnidirectional LEDsIf you are looking for something that gives a soft warm glow, rather than a bright light, and you don't necessarily mind the asymmetry of the light, these are a great choice.

After 18 years, the old wall sconce lights had to go. Getting two of these lights was definitely the way to go. They look fantastic on our wall above the fireplace. Be forewarned that they are a little tricky to install if you don't do a lot of light installations. A small level comes in real handy. I added clear dimmable LED bulbs and a dimmer switch to make these lights more versatile.

While I think these are too expensive for the item, it made up for it in looks. They are stunning when lit at night!The adapter plate is made for a round or square electrical box. We have the smaller rectangular ones. To make it work, I had to drill an additional hole into the plate. After that, all of them fit just fine and mounted fairly easily.I purchased four of these. With 40 Watt LED filament type bulbs installed, the fixtures light up our bedroom very nicely without being overpowering. Nice background lighting with white light streams shooting up and down.The glass mosaic pieces are a nice grayish color in the day light, and a gorgeous brown / yellow cast when lit at night.Very pleased!

Beautiful mosaic- like presentation. Would love it to be a tad larger although it’s good for the space.

Some of of the brackets that hold the glass diffuser are bent , a small adjustment with pliers worked well ! Over all beautiful sconce . Cant be more happy with the sconce , The the light bulbs make a big difference in the color of the lamp ! We prefer the warm color of a low kelvin bulb . Looks great lighting up the stair well . We cant happier with the look

This is a beautiful sconce. It is made well and very solid, not flimsy, and super easy to install. The capis shells make it so unique. I have had many compliments, I love it!!

Wasn't sure what to expect because the pictures show grays/white/pearl in one picture and then reds/earth tones in the next. Duh! I get it now, on & off pics, lol.So when the light is on it's as beautiful as it is when turned off. I never expected the colors to change like they do when off/on. I absolutely love it! Its a light and a piece of art all in one!Thank you designer!

For the price you receive a very pleasing light, the mosaic is pleasant both lit up and off. Install is simple, great packaging however if you order more than 1 you may luck out getting the same brown colour hue as depicted in the picture. Mine came with one slightly off in the gray shell tones... It's ok actually but doesn't quite fit in. Shipping back is easy though so give your luck a try if ordering more than 1, these are nice sconces!
