With this type of medical condition you have to realize there is no magical trick to healing. It takes time, and again, consistency. Review: Great exercise along with chiropractic treatment. - Small, concise, but very good exercise instructions, useful for most neck problems. Great to use while also receiving chiropractic treatment.

More like a pamphlet not a book and is only exercises
I should have went through the reviews better as well as the description as I see now that several of them called out that this is not really a book, it only has 28 pages. But I agree that the content is very detailed and well explained. There is no in depth discussion about stabilization, just how to do each exercise and what each exercise aims to accomplish. At the price point, I am not sure if this is worth it. It is possible to print out similar exercises from multiple sites on the internet - but this is a good collection. I can see it being helpful to have nearby for a reference when doing exercises. Years ago I bought this other book "Spinal Stabilization - The New Science of Back Pain, 2nd Ed", this book is focused more on lower back pain but is really interesting to read the information presented and theories of how things are supposed to work and what happens when injuries or misuse happens etc. it is an older book but still relevant and helpful. I was hoping this "book" would be more along those lines and have some theory as to why it is often so hard to successfully rehabilitate chronic neck problems and have more of a detailed plan to accomplish it.

Should have known better
I honestly don't know why I ordered this book. Perhaps to see if there were some thing/s I may not already know. This Pamphlet, not book, doesn't tell you anything that you can't find on the internet by alot more qualified persons than this author. In fact, I know better cervical exercises than what's in this pamphlet. Total waste of money and I knew better.
