This is a beautiful fireplace. It finishes off the room perfectly. It’s solid and sturdy which is great as I seen some that seem cheap. It’s a large size as well and this year we have a place to hang our stockings. The fire changes colors which was a nice surprise. The fireplace insert can be replaced it required so you wouldn’t have to get a whole new fireplace, just an insert. I haven’t used the heating element other then just seeing if it gets hot. I like how the cords run through the back of the 2 shelves. I am so impressed with this item. As far as putting together, I had a few issues lining up a few holes, but ultimately got everything installed properly. The doors need some slight adjustment to fully close at first. As far as shipping I wasn’t impressed. The shipping directions say the the freight company will contact you to set up shipping but they don’t. The first delivery I had showed up without any communication and if I wasn’t home they would have left the package in my driveway. Glad I was home and checked as it came damaged so I rejected delivery. I contacted the seller who was helpful but ultimately only could refund me and I had to reorder. The 2nd shipment I was proactive with the shipping company and I gave them instructions when I wanted it delivered but of course they didn’t follow the instructions again. Don’t let the delivery issues of the item navigate you away from this item as you’ll be missing out, but I felt it proper to make people aware of the shipping issues.After all said and done, we’re very happy with this fireplace.

Bought this item about a yr ago and just now writing a review. Beautiful .. many compliments on it. we love it. Even my husband who is hard to please and doesnt like anything i pick out. :) Great piece! I paid around 1K so cost are going up :(

The media could not be loaded. I have had my eye on this one for awhile! Great buy! I put together myself in just over an hour. Love the size and the heat output is perfect for our living room!

Overall I must say I'm very impressed with this product. It stood much taller then I expected it, even with premeasuring I just wasn't aware of its final height. Most of it was preassembled and what I had to put together was few and far between. The instructions did leave something to be desired, as I either had mislabeled parts or the directions were wrong for multiple parts. When it came to installing the fireplace, there are no instructions or predefined holes in the unit. The fireplace mounting instructions are very generic and say use the L-Brackets and attach them in those 4 places, but the stand doesn't have pre-defined holes. Another gripe is that there are no door adjustment instructions. I had to find the hinges online to figure out how to get the doors to not rub and close fully. The last bit that I didn't expect is the heating unit is a SMALL opening at the top center of the stove unit. I was expecting it to be much larger, so its a concentrated spot of heating instead of a nice wide spread, but the unit looks BEAUTIFUL and does indeed heat the room just enough to take the cooler basement chill off.

The fire insert was bent and damaged when it was delivered. Contacted the manufacturer and they were great about making it right. We use it every single day. Definitely worth the money!

I have 3 broken fire inserts that are broken. I have to pay to get rid of them. I still don’t have a insert that worksIt is now June 12023. And I still have not gotten an insert that works. 😪 still never got one that isn’t broken.

Very sturdy, easy to assemble. Did have a white paint drop on it as well and a area on the top that is messed up. Electric fireplace works with the exception of the heating element. Can not say how well it heats a room since that part does not work

This was a great surprise for our newly decorated living room. We appreciate its size, style and stateliness. To fit with our decor, we painted it white, which makes it personal and unique. We would highly recommend this beautiful piece and it’s value is priceless.
