Had a big area to polyurethane and was skeptical but wanted to try it and I am so glad I did! Worked great! Held together, got in cracks, easy to trim with, highly recommend this brush!

I put in a new fence and needed a brush that maximized the amount of stain applied without slopping it everywhere. This brush did the trick. The size allowed me to stain one slat at a time. It wasn't the greatest in tight spaces, so I used another brush for that. It cleaned up well, and I'll use it again next time. I used a foam brush for the fence as well. The foam brush covered a little better on smooth boards, but this one was better on the rough side of the slat.

I needed this to touch up some drywall repair in my living room. This is a good quality brush that works well with interior latex and cleans up nicely.

Performed beautifully & cleaned up nicely. Didn't lose a bristle in spite of the beating it got staining my fence, and even looked as good as new afterward.

I used this brush to put two coats of water based stain on a deck with about 500 SF - held up well - no loose fibers coming out - cleaned up very easily. This is a good width for standard 6" wide deck boards. Note - due to thickness of brush, and the fact that the end is not tapered, the brush does not apply stain very easily to the edge of deck boards in the "gap" between deck boards. Most of my gaps are 1/4" and I have to "slop" paint on board edges to get it run down as the brush would not fit down into that gap.

I used this brush to apply deck stain between the boards and it worked extremely well. I was using an oil based so I didn't wash the brush so I can't speak to the cleaning; however, I had to stain around 100+ spindles and the bristles were great, they never were messy, never feel out and they were precise that I never had an issue with the application getting where I didn't want it. I love that the handle removed as this also could fit the mop extension if needed, although in the end I used the handle it came with. I will but this again if i restain the deck again and I will look to this brand for paint brushes in the future. Best I've used and I've painted a lot of stuff in my years.

Holds stain without mess. Puts enough stain on each time, made the job of doing the deck very quick.

Used one of these to stain most of my front and back porches (about 500 sqft total). Amazing brush...holds alot of stain and is durable. Cleans up well and performance was consistant from start to finish. I used it with "Defy Extreme Wood Stain" which is water based.* Also tried out the "Purdy 144380340 XL Series Sprig Flat Trim Paint Brush, 4 inch". The Wooster brush was better in every way, for this particular job at least.

This is a perfect brush for staining my wood project.I built a 16’ wide x 10’ high trellis to add privacy from nosy neighbours and while I could have sprayed the stain, due to wind and lack of a good spray area, I decided simply brush it on. This brush holds stain very well and provides excellent coverage.Highly recommend this brush!

It holds a lot of stain without dripping all over the place. Very nice brush to work with. Cleans up very easily with soap and water. Good purchase.

Does what its supposed to and does it well. I applied a sealer on my deck with this brush and it worked perfect without losing any of its bristles.

I stained 2 decks using Thompson Water Seal and this brush and they came out beautifully. Definitely a great buy.
