SMARTLINER All Weather Custom Fit Cargo Trunk Liner Floor Mat Black Compatible with 2017-2021 Mazda CX-5

I ordered this cargo trunk liner for our 2020 Mazda CX-5 and it came two days later. It fits perfectly and appears to be of very good quality. I just unrolled it and placed it in the cargo area and it fits like a glove. Some people complain of the odor of some of the other liners but any odor it did initially have didn't linger. I will definitely order from Smartliner again. It was $50 less than WeatherTec.

I had Mazda factory trunk liner for my last CX 5. For my new 2021 they were out of stock, so I tried this one. Very pleasantly surprised. it's well constructed and fits my 2021 perfectly and it looks good too. It doesn't have the 2 little cutouts for floor mounted D-rings that are to be used to strap down loads I guess, but I never used them. Cover seems flexible enough that if I did want to use the D-rings it wouldn't be difficult to get at them. I like the high lip arounds the edges that catches any melting snow off winter gear after a hike or skiing. I read some complaints that it doesn't lie flat after being delivered rolled up, but I just set it unrolled on my basement floor and put some small things on it to flatten it and installed it the next day. Looks good, would buy again.

2018 Mazda CX-5 Touring: This fit most of the way around the cargo area, but looked horrible at the part in the front near where the trunk closes...it sat above where the plastics of the car are/where the trunk latch is and I just couldn’t get over how bad it looked so I returned it. Other than that, it was a decent quality for the price if you don’t care about looks.

I bought the Smartliner cargo liner after reading the reviews on Amazon. The reviews were correct. This is a great liner that fits like a glove. I have owned the Husky liner in another vehicle and in my opinion the Smartliner is much, much better. Very happy with this purchase. I will look at the floor liners from Smartliner when I get ready to buy them.

Item as described. The thickness of the plastic liner is what you would expect. I have had it for 2 weeks and it seems like it will hold up well. I was cautious because it came in a box. It was rolled up, but only took 10-15 minutes to go flat and it seamlessly in my car. I consider this a good value.

I haven't put it in my car yet but I love it so far. The thing I was worried the most about was if there was going to be fold lines or creases that I couldn't get out. It came rolled up and the instructions tell you to put it in the sun and that won't be possible but no worries because a couple Case collectible toy tractors do just fine. The raised edges are slightly wavy in a couple spots but will definitely straighten out with ease. Spend the extra $15-$20 and buy this one over those other cheap ones. You won't regret it.

Fits my 2021 CX-5 like a glove and looks great. Took a day or two to completely lay flat, but that was no problem. I was looking for something to make my cargo area look good while making it easy to clean. This is perfect, and at a fraction of the cost of “the other guys.”
