I wasn't sure I was going to like these but they are very taste

The crackers had a good taste. I’ve ordered them before. However, my last box was unsatisfactory because of all the broken crackers in the box.In addition, the company did not refund my money. They gave me the runaround asking for pictures etc. I thought their requested demands for proof of the substandard product was simply ridiculous! What they wanted me to do to prove my point was ridiculous ! They can keep my money. I just know I will never patronize them again and I will tell my family and friends about the disappointment I had with this company!!!

Love these crackers but $8.12 delivery charge on a 6.5 oz item seems way out of line.
